We’ve worked with Ayden construction twice and both experiences were great. The first project in May of this year was to update our basement after our water heater broke and partially flooded it. We needed new carpet, patched up drywall, baseboards and paint. We also decided to update the lighting and get railing for our staircase. Marcial was quick to stop by our house to inspect our basement and provided a very reasonable quote. Marcial and his team were all extremely professional, efficient and nice to work with. The team always showed up when they said they would and always aimed to finish the task they had scheduled for the day. We really appreciated that Marcial was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well and responded to all of our questions and concerns. The project progressed very quickly and we are extremely happy with the final results! We reached back out to Marcial a few weeks ago after one of our toilets started leaking from a crack in the tank. Again, Marcial was quick to provide an estimate and Alex took the necessary time and care installing the new toilet and getting additional parts to make sure it was in good working condition. We are extremely pleased with the services we have received from Ayden construction and highly recommend them for remodeling projects!

We used Ayden Construction for a renovation of our (20 unit) condo building in the spring of 2023. Marcial was wonderful to work with, he was always on time (usually early), and had a professional team of electricians, painters, and carpenters. He was at the building every morning to make sure the workers were there and keeping up with the relatively tight schedule. Any issues that came up he worked with me to troubleshoot them immediately. The work that his team did was beautiful and he helped make great recommendations that we were not even thinking of before we met with him to start the project. He understood that I had a very demanding eye for detail and ensured that any minor issues (paint touch ups, drywall clean up) were addressed to my satisfaction. His team cleaned up after themselves every night and made sure the building was still livable while they did their work. Ayden construction remodeled my kitchen and three bathrooms. I was extremely happy with the results. The kitchen cabinets look great and functions well. Marcial and his team did a great job on my condo. He rebuilt the kitchen, plus refinished the hardwood floors, patched and painted the walls, installed crown molding, and repaired electrical issues. I have been working with Ayden Construction for the last 6 month on a home addition project that will be adding 1,500 sqft. of indoor/outdoor living spaces to our home. Marcial and Ayden Construction were superb. My porch renovation was unique but not overly expensive. I wanted to retain my upper wooden deck and rebuild and expand the lower deck with composite wood. I also wanted to use an aluminum/polycarbonate canopy and glass railings that I found online. I interviewed several contractors and all of them wanted to rebuild my porch from scratch using their standard template. The first thing I liked about Marcial is that he was a great at communicating. He always replied immediately whenever I reached out. That was important as I ordered the canopy and glass railings myself. While these were new to his carpentry crew they were expert craftsman and fitted everything perfectly. Marcial told me when my ideas were not feasible and rolled with the ones that were. Ayden Construction remodeled our upstairs bathroom, which required knocking down a wall, and updating all of the fixtures, including the tile, tub/surround, toilet, shower head/faucet and sinks. The contractors showed up on time each day and were very competent and polite. They gracefully navigated a barking dog and an over-zealous 7-year-old with the utmost patience! The end result is a gorgeous, modern bathroom that is clean, functional and pleasing to the eye. Marcial and his team did tremendous work at my house. Within about two weeks they build a 300 sq foot patio with concrete and pavers. They also rebuild from the ground up a 23 feet long by 4 feet height retaining wall (cinderblock & bricks). It’s absolutely professional grade work at a great price.
