Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. They did a project for my elderly parents and not only didn't do a good job but they didn't even finish the job. On top of that, when my mom brought up concerns in the moment when they were doing the work, they dismissed her straight up. The cabinets they put in have gaps on the ceiling which make me worried about its structural integrity (some are ones that are bolted to the ceiling and only one side is on a wall) . My mom discussed having the bar counter go out from the cabinets and they didn't do that. When my mom asked about it in the moment, the guy just said "well that's the piece that was cut" and totally dismissed her. They also didn't finish the baseboard trim in the kitchen and didn't finish a corner on the cabinets. My mom said they were supposed to come back but never did. I really don't like that they took advantage of my parents and plan on following up with the BBB.

Has been Wonderful to work!For the Past Five Years they have done My Roof , My Siding and all my Windows,which happened to be 9 degrees outside.They are very attentive with scheduling , Reminders and Follow ups.Every Project I still got 2 other Quote, but they were actual always less expensive.Highly recommend them - haven't had any Issues with any of my projects.gg

These guys called me to schedule an estimate for windows and I agreed and told them to do it two weeks ago. They then incessantly started calling me to confirm and reschedule appointments because they wanted my parents to be there because they own the house but they aren’t here. If you’re trying to secure business just make it as easy for me as possible and stop calling multiple times to make sure the situation is ideal for you before you come over.Just show up the day I said to and do the estimate, and tell me about my options. The main reason they have been making this difficult is because the sales representatives were disappointed when they found out I didn’t own the house. This also doesn’t sit well with me considering the fact that I have contributed a lot towards my house and this company clearly doesn’t know about how we handle finances in my family because then they wouldn’t have been so dismissive to me.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this business because if this is how they handle sales and customer service I wouldn’t be confident in the quality of work.

The initial consultation was professional and stress free. The consultant provided an option that fit the changes we were looking for in our kitchen remodel. We were told what to expect and what we needed to do (example: pick out and order our desired range/oven). The next steps played out as we were told. Cabinets were delivered and soon after the demo work was done (1 day) and the installation as well (about 1.5 weeks). Minor issues arose such as a scratch on a cabinet, but were quickly fixed by Capital. Our kitchen came out just as we hoped and greatly improved the look of the most used space in our home. We love our kitchen!

I was amazed with the representative being so informative, professional, and friendly. The staff reached out to me several times to keep me abreast of the next steps of the process all along the way! My windows look awesome, and this past winter nobody in my household complained of cold leaking onto the home. It was a pleasure working with Capital Remodeling. It was the second time I used them for a BIG house project (had windows replaced few years ago). Recently had to replace my roof. The sales people are professional, knowledgeable, and really work hard to offer me good deals. The people in the business office are friendly and responsive to questions and offer help as needed. Were flexible with scheduling to accommodate my work hours.The team who replaced my roof, arrived on time, kept me updated on progress, did a fantastic job with keeping the yard clean, shrubbery protected, free of nails and old roof materials. The Capital Remodeling Salesman and Vytex Window Staff made the sales and installation process go smoothly. The salesman was excellent and personable. The vinyl windows are nice and aesthetically pleasing however, I am not happy with the design of the screens. The installation team was outstanding, replacing 21 windows in about 8 hours. It was a great experience overall. Going with Capital Remodeling was the best decision we could've made for our replacement windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Capital Remodeling to friends, neighbors, or family.

I had the last third of my house’s windows installed (the other two thirds were done by 2 different companies) and the Capital people did a fantastic job. The salesman was able to answer all my questions and the installers did what I think was the best job of the 3 different companies. They even went out of their way to replace some of the sills that were showing water damage over the years. Excellent company with which to work.

A door to door salesman came by to sell windows, and insisted on giving his speech even after I told him no soliciting. I agreed to an appointment for measurements because I was told a quote would be good for several years (I don't remember how long). They asked about other occupants of the home, so I mentioned my roommate. Tonight when they called to confirm the appointment, they said they wanted my roommate here for sales pitch. When I said my roommate wasn't available for meeting, and wasn't on title, they still wouldn't meet me without my roommate present. If the roommate isn't on the title, their opinion doesn't make a difference on if I chose this company to replace the windows.

The appointment time was 8am-12pm. When a company provides a time frame like that I would anticipate the worker to arrive later closet to the end of the hour. However, on that day they arrived sharply at 8am. When I opened the door the gentleman greeted with a smile, shaked my hand and introduced himself and his coworker. He thoroughly explained what they were going to do then immediately got to work. There were only two of them changing 13 windows but they were very efficient. They wasted no time removing and installing those windows. They didn't even take a break for lunch. Seeing how hard they had worked I had to ask them to take a break and put something in their stomach before continuing working. After the work were done they cleaned up inside and outside of the house in the areas where they had worked. They pleasantly said that they were done and if if have any questions or concerns, dont hesitate to call the company. Overall, those two men were diligent and good worker. On top of that all my windows are looking amazingly beautiful and sturdy. I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to people and would use them again when I need their services. Very professional people and awesome jobs!
