I had my roof and bay window wrapped with aluminum. They did a wonderful job. They were very fast and did a great job, were very good at cleaning up behind there selfes. You can not go wrong with using Creative Exterior Concepts!!

We had our roof replaced a couple of weeks ago. We thought that our roof was in good shape aside from some details to repair, but that was not the case. The condition wasn’t awful but if we would have waited more time our recently installed insulation would have been waisted.We had a great experience from the beginning to the end.Wes, the sales rep was always responsive and helpful even after the job was done and the guys who came to install the roof were great and fixed everything.

Ron came out in Summer, we talked, showed me window samples, we made the deal. End of September Keely called me, made the appointment for installation. Two weeks later, ahead of time, crew showed up at 8am. By 4pm they were done. Installed 6 windows, including one triple and one double one and one Patio Sliding door. They left and the house looked like no workers were ever present. Ron called me two days later to check in on the work. What can I say. I SAVED BIG with this company and their work shows, plus it has lifetime warranty. I noticed the difference within a day. House is warmer and quiter already. Thanks everyone at Creative!

Had a great experience with Creative Exteriors, who replaced 45 windows for us in December 2021. Quality product - competitors we talked to do not offer triple-pane windows. Well worth it, we barely need to run heat/AC on an average day, and the noise reduction from lawn mowing and leaf blowing is amazing. Great value - quotes we got from competitors are at best comparable, but given the product, blown out of the water. Installation services and communications were very professional, the project manager walked us through everything after installation, and allowed us to inspect every window. Wes made himself available to us through every step of the process - this isn't one of those situations where you see the salesperson on day of sale, and never hear from them again. The company culture seems to be a connection with the sales person and customer until the job is completed. Timeliness - everything was completed as scheduled, they worked with us to replace every window of the house in the location where and when it worked for us - downstairs, upstairs, or wherever we needed space. Fully satisfied with this company, the product, their delivery and performance - highly recommended.

Creative Exterior Concepts replaced the roofing on my townhouse. From beginning to end, Wes explained the product and process in detail and was very responsive to follow-up questions. The team removed my old roofing, made repairs where necessary, and had the new materials on in less than a full day. The new roof looks great. It has been in place for about three months and made it through the recent hurricane rain-for-days with no problems at all. My overall experience with this company has been outstanding. When it's time for window replacements, they'll be my first call.

These guys installed my roof a year ago and I am dealing with leaks ever since. Out first leak was a huge leak on the first day, then sent a guy out the next day to correct the job. Our next leak was in November, and CEC strung me along for SEVEN MONTHS before they came out to "fix" the roof. They sent a guy out who did some caulking, and we're having another leak again after a week! These guys clearly have no idea how to install a roof, don't waste your time or money with them!!---- Updated 12/8/2020CEC called me and asked me to update my review. They diagnosed the roof leaks coming from a skylight, and we contracted with them to replace the light. The leaks have stopped, and we are happy to have the job finished. In fairness, they suggested to replace to skylight while we were having the roof done, but never told me that the roof could leak if we didn't do both at the same time.It took over nine months for them to come out and properly diagnose the problem and were a huge hassle to deal with. I would have to call and email several times to get a response.

Ron and Wess are easy to work with, and give excellent customer service. When a small section of the sealing around one of the windows was damaged during the roof replacement, Creative Exteriors fixed it promptly and free of charge. The roof looks better than ever and I couldn't be happier with the work that they did. I'd highly recommend this company.

Due to a misunderstanding, I was not going to use their services, but their management went out of their way to make things right. The materials and workmanship on my roof were top notch and the price was good too. They even did a great clean-up job. I would not hesitate to call on them again for a quote, or recommend them to people I know.P.S. :Months after the installation, I noticed a small issue with my roof and called Wes. He sent Ronnie out to take a look at it right away. Ronnie worked hard to not only fix my issue, but saw a couple of other little things while he was on the roof and worked on those too! On all 3 projects they have done fantastic work and cleaned everything up to look as if they weren't ever there.
