Amazing contractor! What a find! We are grateful repeat customers of Elegant Homes. There's another 5 star review on Google talking about the crumbling concrete stairs removed from our home front and replaced with a wonderful porch. It's added a lot to our curb appeal. We selected Elegant Homes to return for a kitchen remodel. Also, we asked them to replace the sagging ceiling in the front room. Once they were working here, we asked if they could look at a suspicious moldy spot on the bathroom ceiling and fix some funky wiring done by a previous contractor. We're glad for that add-on mini project because the upstairs toilet was leaking - an old wax seal. Toilet fixed, bathroom wiring sorted, new ceiling in and bathroom painted equals happy customers. Future nasty crisis avoided! We're already planning to have them return to do windows in the future. Let's talk about the experience... We enjoyed having Paz return as sales person and project lead. Paz gave us excellent ideas and advice on the project. The estimate was detailed and reasonable. He saw the job thru from start to finish. He is an excellent communicator. We got responses typically same day. He dropped by often to see how things were progressing. We were also delighted to welcome back the same work crew. They are considerate, hard working and friendly. Kevin, the crew lead, gave us daily updates. He was responsive to any requests and concerns. Our expectations and responsibilities were clearly managed. There is a big mirror over the mantle in the front room. Sometimes these old ceilings just collapse when demolition starts. We were told they couldn't guarantee the mirror would survive, but that they would replace it if necessary. They covered the mirror, were careful and the mirror survived intact. Paz included new insulation in the front room ceiling for this 1950s home on the estimate. Sure enough, the old insulation was seriously deteriorated allowing the cold in freely. We'll be saving money on heating thanks to their experience. Kevin's crew took care to cover the wooden floors and hang plastic to stop plaster dust when they started the job. The worksite was always left tidy. When the project hit a snag, there was no drama. An appliance kept being delayed. The crew left the kitchen as functional as possible. Once the appliance arrived, the crew returned quickly to finish up the job. These folks show up when they say they will. Time estimates are accurate and we were kept up to date on any changes. We are enjoying our refurbished home. If you are looking for an experienced contractor dedicated to doing a wonderful job and offering great customer satisfaction, then Elegant Homes is the one! We heartily recommend them to you.

Paz and his team did a splendid job updating our complicated layout of a kitchen from the 40’s. Paz stood out to us when we were interviewing contractors for how knowledgeable he is both about renovations, but also about our home. He came highly recommended to us for other projects completed in our neighborhood which looked great. He was accurate from cost estimate to managing expectations with the timeline (they even finished ahead of schedule!) I am so pleased with Paz and his team. They were punctual and efficient. By the way my deck turned out they are very experienced carpenters with great attention to detail. They also have respect for their clients property, leaving the area spotless. After the deck surface replacement and some needed flashing along one wall was complete they went around and sealed and boarded any gaps they found in the existing deck foundation.Thank you guys!

Boy, am I glad I found Paz and his company, Elegant Homes. I needed extensive repair work on the exterior trim exterior and a new paint job. I waited so long to act because I was afraid of being more dissatisfied with the work than I was with the problem. This experience was the one I had hoped for. I can recommend Elegant Homes without hesitation.Where to begin? First, Paz is the president of a small company and he is clearly concerned, first and foremost, with quality and reputation. The operation is small enough that he visited the job nearly every day. In addition to long experience in the industry, his strong suit is communication. What needs to be done, how will they approach it, how will the work be sequenced and when will it be finished.The people he employs are first rate. They work hard and know what they're doing. I think they take pride in their work and I don't have to tell you what a difference that makes.When the job was finished the house looked terrific (if Kevin gives you advice on colors, take it!) and I could get a good night's sleep knowing that the rain was running OFF the house and not seeping INTO it.Am I being too enthusiastic? I don't know, but I've asked Paz to do another piece of work on the inside of the house. I had such a positive experience with Paz and his team! We just finished getting approval on the final inspection for our beautiful new front porch! We've hired Elegant Homes for a few projects over the last three years, and will continue to do so. Paz is incredibly professional and friendly, makes himself easy to reach, and takes care to treat customers with respect and courtesy. We recently had our deck refurbished and they did their best to collect all scraps, nails, screws, and debris.One of the biggest difficulties in hiring people for home improvement work is that companies don't want to take "small" jobs.
