Keystone Roofing and more specifically, Wil Palmer, were absolutely excellent helping me get my roof replaced. They were courteous and professional during all phases of the process. I was pleasantly surprised by how detailed Mr. Palmer was as he assisted me. He stopped by my house and offered a free roof evaluation by going on the roof AND using a high tech drone. He sat me and my wife down and walked us through every step of the process and answered every single one of our questions. Mr Palmer gave us multiple product samples and explained the benefits of each. He ensured we obtained all the necessary approvals and told us exactly what to expect from our insurance company. This was the most impressive part, he was honest and transparent during the entire process. He didn’t mislead us and say we would definitely get approved to replace our roof. He told us what damage had been done and explained what the insurance company would cover and how that impacts homeowners. Before my insurance agent came to view the roof, Mr. Palmer took the time to help me to “chalk up” and highlight the damage and take pictures. The entire process was seamless. The day before the install the Keystone project manager texted me the time the team would arrive and told me to call if I had questions. On the day of the install the Keystone team arrived promptly at 7am to begin working and was done by 2pm. You couldn’t even tell they had been there based on how well the cleaned everything up! The roof looks excellent and me and my family are forever thankful. This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Mr. Palmer and Keystone Roofing.

The professionals at Keystone Building and Restoration did a fantastic job with my total roof replacement in Ellicott City. Roberto was professional and responsive from our initial consultation and insurance claim through to project completion. He kept the project cost strictly within his estimate and brought our damaged 3 tab roof into code with a modern architectural shingle roof. The process was quick and painless with our roof replaced only 3 days after contract signing.The crew, overseen by Steven, efficiently tore off and replaced our roof in only 7 hours. The roof is clean and crisp with clear attention to detail from the roofing crew including color matched flashing and rainwater deflectors. Roof tear downs are messy, however the team went above and beyond with cleaning and my yard was left spotless!I would strongly recommend Keystone Building and Restoration if anyone needs a new roof or siding.

Excellent Roofing company! local enough to care and big enough to serve. Roberto is amazing and super detailed oriented!! He ordered our roofing supplies and came TWO days in advance to check and exchange bended ones. On install day, everyone arrived ahead of time and showed up 🆙! All team members are super professional and friendly - they did a great work showing TRUE craftsmanship. We interviewed TEN roofing companies (I know it’s a lot but hey our budget is tight). ROBERTO won 🥇 by going above and beyond to help us getting a new roof with a good quality and good price. Roberto is knowledgeable and Victor our Manager is helpful showing us the progress and giving advice. We have seen roofers that pushed you into on-site discount and insane amount. Among the 10 roofers, only 4 will email you back and that’s where you know they actually cares! This company is GAF Master Elite Certified (if you use that brand that mean they are good at what they do). Thank you!

Giovanni was outstanding to work with, as well as Steve the project manager. Gio walked through every step of the process in dealing with our insurance to help with coverage for significant wind damage to our roof in multiple areas. He was very responsive and patient through the whole process. The actual roofing install was amazing to watch. They sent out a very big crew, every guy knew their job and it was clear they are experts that do this day in and day out.Though roofing is expensive - just like everything else these days - Keystone was very reasonable in their pricing. I know that for sure after talking to a neighbor that had his roof done several years ago by a local contractor that was $3000 more than we just paid, and his was a smaller roof with less angles and dormers.I’m very pleased with the quality and look of the installation. My experience with this company was excellent from the very first day. Roberto was able to help us navigate through the insurance claim and explained the steps to get through the entire process. We were able to get everything done within a couple of weeks and everything went smoothly. We chose patriot red shingles and he had no problem getting them in on time. Steven was the one in charge of the crew and he kept constant communication of what was going on and the crew was fast and professional. They also left our house so clean which was very important since we run a daycare from our home. This was such a great experience. Roberto was very helpful with guiding me through the process. I am a new homeowner and had no idea how to go through the insurance process. it was an absolute delight working with david at keystone. my entire experience was seamless and worry-free. I would highly recommend them to any family member, friend or neighbor in need a roof replacement or any other home improvement project. But when I met with my representative Roberto Jimenez, he gave me more confidence because he explained everything from A to Z and everything went well as expected. What an amazing and seamless experience we had with Keystone. Our Project Manager Olivia was with us every step of the way, from when we filed a claim for weather damage to our roof, to being sure to be there and meet with our insurance inspectors and providing support the day of our roof being replaced. Olivia even put flyers on some surrounding neighbors’ doors to inform them that if any debris should accidently get blown into their yards, just contact her and she’d make sure it was removed. The crew was extremely courteous and efficient. When the job was complete, Olivia made sure we understood all facets of our warranty and ensured that we were happy with the results. I highly recommend this company for anybody looking to replace their roof.

The Keystone team, specifically Wyatt-our representative, were so efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. When some windstorms came through our development Wyatt assisted our neighbor in filing an insurance claim to replace their roof.
