We had an excellent experience with MLM. Our sales associate, Ahmed, was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish he walked us through everything, interfaced directly with our insurance company, and made sure we were taken care of all the way through. The roofing team was incredible, they tore off and replaced our single family roof in one day. They were thorough in their clean up and our Project Manager even came by the next day to do a quality check and another clean up check around the house. Helen was great and very responsive in helping us sort of payment and correct invoicing. Would recommend to anyone requiring MLM type services.

Where do I start. Let's start from sales person Bill Frank who is the first point of contact for my house roofing replacement. He worked very hard, spent about 1 hour or more on roof checking and taking picture and provided me with issues and went over contract. Kudodos to Bill. Secondly, Thomas who did fabulous job over seeing installation of roof and come back to make sure roof installation was completed on time and effectively. No nails on drive and crew clean up everything. Thirdly, Mrs. Renalyn Evangelista-Accounts Receivable Specialist worked with me flawlessly to make sure my final bill was accurate and it was. Thanks everyone. Highly recommended to others for roofing replacement.

I would definitely recommend MLM for roofing project or any other home improvement projects that you might have. Project Consultant Croix Colling was very helpful Croix always on time through the roofing estimate to all the way signing the contract and answered questions in a timely manner that I had asked him by Phone, text or email. Also same with Project Manager Zach Fay was very helpful and supervised roof replacement project and Accounts Receivable Specialist Michelle Bermas was very helpful and professional as well, overall had great experience working with highly professional team of MLM including the crew who came to replace roof and job was nicely done. MLM recently replaced our roof. We were nervous because our insurance in the past was difficult to say the least. Jason handled pretty much all of the interactions with our insurance and walked them through the damage he saw. Once insurance approved the entire replacement Kathleen helped remind us to get the HOA approval and worked to get us scheduled. The install was completed in a single day and you couldn't tell the workers had even been here, minus the new roof of course. Debbie was professional and timely about getting our final invoice and informing us about our payment options. Couldn't be happier with our decision to have MLM replace our roof!

MLM has been a wonderful company to work with to have our roof, siding and gutters replaced. Every single person that we worked with during our process has been polite, on time, and very forthright on getting our job complete. We worked with Ahmed initially to get a quote and he went to bat for us with our insurance company. He went above and beyond to get insurance to cover our improvements and helped us with picking out the color for our roof. We then worked with Sasa who installed the roof, gutters and new skylights. He was thorough and very professional.All of the work was overseen by Mike Twining. He always called after a MLM crew was here to make sure we were satisfied with the work and to check to answer any questions.MLM was fantastic. Legit company and in business for many years. Also a large expansion of areas so it's not a local small, new business. I had so many roofers blanket our neighborhood and was surprised to find every other one was in business just a short amount of time. I am happy I ended up with MLM. Jovan- OMG what can I say about him? He is absolutely fabulous and did all the work with our insurance company that would have caused me anxiety. He was honest and straight forward. SO happy with the crew. They were all so nice and I swear I only had ONE nail in my yard after. They were so clean and professional. Absolutely great company!I worked with Cid at the end to make sure all was cleared up through my insurance. So respectful and I am so happy! THANK YOU MLM!!!

First they did a horrible job communicating with my Insurance company. They kept saying I owed more that I received from the insurance company. I got the insurance to finally straighten it out. When they were installing the roof the project manager called and said one of my vent pipes was too short and I would have to pay to repair. I went in the attic and looked and all were fine. I called him back and said they are all fine. Then he said "oh I have the wrong job". They also broke several of landscape lights. Would I use them again no. Would I recommend them Hell No

What started out with an unexpected knock on my door ended up being a very positive experience. Daniel from MLM identified issues with my roof from the street and clearly spelled out how it could be a candidate for an insurance claim. He then worked with my insurance company every step of the way and I ended getting a new roof with a very modest out of pocket cost. The MLM roofing crew did a great job replacing the roof in just one day. Finally, no more leaks to worry about every time it rains hard. We had MLM replace our entire roof last fall. James was our project manager and was wonderful! He was very easy to communicate with, and listened to our concerns about everything!! He gave us the best team( led by Nelson-ask for him!), and they worked so hard and efficiently. We chose Pacific Wave and love the look-sort of like slate. We were so impressed, we also asked James about getting some wood rot replaced and wrapped on our front rake board, and also our garage doors and basement windows. We are very happy and excited after the roof replacement, because my house suddenly became so beautiful and lovely as the roof color completely complements the siding. We would like to appreciate MLM for their great service and quality work.Mr. Ian Zika was the Project Consultant and was very friendly and supportive. Through him the service contract was done in just a week. We were amazed by his efficient and effective work. Later Bobby Carrier was another nice Project Consultant to continue the project, because Ian Zika left the company. It was so sad to hear of his leaving, and we were disappointed we weren't notified until we called the company. The lack of communication about the unexpected event is an item for the company to improve. We want to thank Ms. Chelsea who scheduled the date to replace the roof. She was patient and nice to assist us in changing the shingles' color at the last moment.To us it was a very happy and joyful day on the day of replacing the roof. It seems like a party day, beginning in the early morning before sunrise and ending just before sunset. The noises of the work, the voices of talking and laughing among the workers, didn't bother us, but all made the party day more interesting and exciting. Through serving drinks, snacks and fruits to workers, we built up a closer friendship and sensed that they were happy and cooperative. They worked very hard and demonstrated great teamwork. At the end before they left they thoughtfully cleaned up the ground, and even cleaned the garage floor. Honestly our yard has never been so clean before.The Project Manager was Josh Cook, who was very careful and supportive to the work team. He oversaw the job's quality during the work, and examined the roof and ground again a couple days later to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. We also like to thank Ms. Kristin Johansen as the Accounts Receivable Specialist, who was so professional and helpful to provide us the final invoice with detailed and instructive information via e-mail and voice message. It is very impressive that the way to make the final payment is so easy and simple. The MLM company is well organized and managed, and it is a five star company that we highly recommended.

The technical sales/project manager, Chris Brown, is extraordinarily competent and reliable in what he says and does. MLM was amazing. They gave me a fair quote and were very responsive throughout the new roof installation process. Austin Dodson (Senior Project Consultant) took his time to explain EVERY step of the process and never hesitated to answer all of the additional questions we had. He provided pictures and made us feel comfortable and took the time to provide additional quotes so we could make informed decisions. Excellent customer service. Thomas Walter (the Project Manager) was also amazing and even called back to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I definitely recommend MLM for roofing services. Overall it was a good experience with MLM. Keith (our rep) was excellent at communicating our options and opportunities. He and his home office worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was correct and up to code. They fought tooth and nail to make sure everything was covered and they were very successful, Cheers!Only issue was that the install crew propped my gate to my backyard open but did never closed it after the work was done. Enabling my dog to get lose without my knowledge. Thankfully there is no traffic in front of my house, he is a sweet dog that wont wander far and a neighbor alerted me right away. I can only imagine how this could have turned out in a different circumstance.

The sales person was great until I didn't want to add anything the insurance wouldn't cover. Then when I noticed something that should have been on the contract but wasn't he blew me off and wouldn't add the work..I had already talked to the insurance and it was covered. They want that money though. They will answer the phone when you have money them blow you off again. The project manager even promised to talk to the guy but crickets. My husband then had to reach out because pieces started falling off the first wind storm we had. The roof looks fine but I wouldn't work with them again.

Look, you have a high Google rating. If you want more people to use your services do the following:A. Generate more ads, they are cheaper than paying your employees to drive around using up gas and wear and tear on vehiclesB. Try Radio and TVC. Trust word of mouth, Google reviews etc.Do NOT sit here and wake people up who sleep during the day. Or who just traveled 7 hours on 2 hours of sleep and are getting the best sleep they have had in a month. Do NOT pester people who may be working from home. It's a typical work day in the week and most people work 9 to 5. Therefore banging on a door like there is an emergency and using the doorbell to emphasize that is rude and inconsiderate.Frankly, realize most people do not give a flying flip about you or your company. Most people will call someone when they are ready for a new roof.You roofers and other contractors need to realize that typically people will call you. Don't disturb them.Also, take a hint! When someone answers a door looking like they just woke up (complete with a shh I'm sleeping sleep mask on) and they say in response to your introduction that "yep we have it covered" that means I'm not interested now please go away so I can go back to bed! Not sit there with some poor soul leaning out of a door trying to keep barking dogs inside so they don't bite YOU who wants nothing but to be back in bed but is trying to be polite while you blather on and on and don't take a hint.Seriously, I thought Jehovas Witnesses were annoying with banging on doors, you guys are worseTL:DR Even if I were to get someone to fix the roof, it is going to be someone found through Googling most likely. Followed by word of mouth, Angie's list etc. It will NEVER be some random guy banging on my door. I do not know you, do not know if you are any good and am not interested. Go away.Most people probably think the same way. Also, if you bang on my door and can't take a hint, then I am certainly not hiring you for anything. You obviously do NOT know how to listen to MY wishes.

I had a very good experience with MLM Home Improvement. The agent I worked with (Zac Coombs) was very informative, honest, kind, and helpful. He helped us navigate through the entire process and answered any questions we had. He was also very patient with us. The only issues I had were with accounting when it came to paying my balance. It was a lot of back and forth but we ultimately resolved it. Regardless, the accounts payable specialist I communicated with (Renalyn Evangelista) was very patient and helped resolve any issues I had. Overall, I would give MLM Home Improvement a 5 star review as they smoothly resolved issues, finished the work promptly, and have what seems to be very efficient staff. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for any future projects.

I wish I could have provided a five star review. In terms of major positives, MLM was amazing to work with from the point of an initial leak, through discovery of the source of the issue and the roof damage through them doing all the work to obtain approval from my insurance company and through scheduling the job. The job itself was great as well and there was no issues. That all being said, the post-new roof looked worse from the street view than the pre-existing roof. After the job was done, the roof did not fully line up with the gutters and in parts of the roof, brown wood was seen. After further investigation and discussion by MLM, the panel of the wood in between the roof front and the gutters was damaged and had a lot of wood rot but this was never disclosed to me so MLM put the new rood over the rotted wood. In looing at pre and post pictures, the previous roof also showed some wood between the roof and gutters but it was less apparent as the old roof seemed to hang out slightly further than the new roof. I have since had to pay significantly out of pocket to repair that wood and ensure nice alignment of the roof and gutters. My attempts to rectify with MLM were unsuccessful. Thus, if you can verify that you have no preexisting damage other than the roof itself, I would fully recommend MLM but I encourage you to check into that first or you may be disappointed with the final product like I was.

Jovan Zivkovic from MLM Home Improvement knocked on my door and told me my roof was worn and probably needed to be replaced. I agreed to let him climb up on the roof to make a more thorough assessment of the roof's condition. Upon completing his inspection he informed me that there were many shingles missing and there was considerable hail damage. He helped me communicate with AllState, my homeowner's insurance company, and was able to get their inspector to come out and assess the condition of my roof. It was determined that my roof needed to be completely replaced and that my insurance policy would pay for the whole job minus the deductible under the plan.MLM gave my wife and I several options for types of roofs we would like and were able to replace my roof 8 weeks later. I did not need to be home during any of the work and all I had to do was keep my driveway empty on the day the job was done. My old roof shingles were removed, the underlying wood was inspected and found to be in excellent condition, and a weather shield, flashing and new shingles were installed.Jovan could not have been nicer or more professional and the crew did any excellent job installing the new roof. To my surprise, a couple days after the install had been completed an individual from MLM's quality control team called me and told me he would like to inspect my roof to make sure everything was done correctly. He came and did his inspection and was very happy with the job that had been done. I also got awarranty from Owens Corning covering 100% of any damage to the shingles for the first 10 years, prorated coverage for the next 30 years, and 20% coverage beyond 40 years.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jovan Zivkovic for his dedication to getting our new roof installed and would also like to thank Mr. Gomer Cid Merro for his help in handling our account with MLM.If anyone needs a new roof, please do not hesitate to contact MLM. I cannot express more how happy we are with our new roof. The workmanship is superb. We are amazed of how quickly the roof replacement was for a house as large as ours. The crew was on time, courteous, and left the exterior of our home spotless.
