In earlier this spring, due to a storm damage, Gene helped me to assess the roof damages and contacted my insurance company and arranged all necessary inspections etc, everything went smoothly and he helped on negotiation of claiming process and eventually, scheduled and installed brand new roofs for me.For my case, I have quite a few solar panels installed since 2011, so he also spent some more time to coordinate with my insurance company and their solar partners negating the solar related cost and work.He did great job to make sure all things done properly and on schedule, I am pretty happy about the outcomes and thanks so much for Gene and New Paradigm.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

I called NPP for a second opinion. Another company told me I needed a roof for my townhouse and was told I had bats hiding. JJ told me my roof was fine and checked for bats and found nothing. I had a bad experience in the past with contractors so I’m very weary. I just bought this house and needed to make sure I found someone honest that was not going to take advantage of me. I was able to have JJ also inspect my windows because I had cold air coming in….he told me which ones needed to be replaced. I never felt pressured to buy. He was very thorough. The install was done in 1 day and left the house very clean. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure the work done reflects that. Now my other windows are starting to condensate so I will be calling him again for that.

First of all, Charles Owen, the Storm Restoration Specialist that was assigned to me, did a fantastic job! I've had a roof replaced at my other house, and I've never had as great of an experience as I did with Charles. He came over and walked the roof, took photos, researched the reason for the damage and explained to me about the discontinued shingles on my roof. He did this for free and without any guarantee of the work to replace it. He worked directly with my Insurance company and worked personally with their insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered and included in the roof replacement. I have Erie Insurance, and they covered EVERYTHING!! 100% of what was needed (minus my deductible) was included in the roof replacement estimate and agreed by my insurance. Also, the roof is guaranteed for 50 years!From the replacing of the plywood where needed, to the underlayment, and the additional layers of sheathing, and finally the architectural shingles and quality ridge vents....everything is the top tier materials. I even had them replace the skylight (which I paid for separately) and it looks great too!Also, the crew picked up every last scrap of garbage and all the nails they removed. I don't have any worries of getting a nail in my tires. The old roof was 25 years old! The new roof looks so much better and I'm excited to know that my house has the protection from the elements it needed. All of this was covered by my insurance. We were way overdue for a new roof. Storm Restoration Specialist Charles Owen from New Paradigm inspected the roof and identified that we had hail and wind damage and was even able to pinpoint when the damage happened. He helped us file the claim with our insurance company and was on the roof with the adjuster to ensure that everything was documented correctly. We were able to get the roof installed for much less that we thought due to the work that Charles did to help us maximize the insurance settlement. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. Roof was done in one day with high quality materials. The crew was very hard working and the jobsite was spotless when they left. Angelica could tell right away that there was damage to our roof. She went up on the roof several times to examine the roof, take pictures, and accompany insurance adjusters as they examined the roof. Whenever I needed more information or explanation, Angelica kindly and patiently answered all my questions and explained things I didn't know. Angelica also saw the damage in the house from the roof leaking and made sure the adjusters also saw that. Angelica worked diligently with the insurance company to make sure all the needed repairs were completed and was often present to check on the progress of the repairs. The people who came to do the repairs were skilled and knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. The roof and rooms repaired in the house actually look as nice as when the house was first built. The skylights actually look better than they ever have. Now that there have been many spring and summer thunderstorms this year, I am very grateful for no leaks or indoor damage in spite of heavy rains and strong winds. When he was here looking at the damage he put his boots on, grabbed his ladder, grabbed a tarp and covered the hole in the roof to protect it for the small amount of time until they replaced the roof.
