This review is for the Roofer team with special mention to Mike Termini. Extremely happy about our new roof!! From initial encounter with Mike, then Keith and the behind the desk and paperwork to the final roof replacement, it was overall very pleasant. Despite of a little slowdown from the insurance, everything went well. Very satisfied that now my brother is doing the same thing and I will have my sister get her new roof with them as well. Thank you Roofer team!!

I did not expect to write a review that said “having a roof installed was a wonderful experience” especially since I knew nothing about roofing. I know a lot more now because RoofER explained everything in layman’s terms. I give a lot of credit to Mike Rafter, my project coordinator for not only for his knowledge but also his patience. After I vetted several companies it was apparent that RoofER was my best choice. I read their published reviews and also in this process sought recommendations from family and friends. RoofER got exceptional reviews to which I will now add my opinion. I will start with the fact that they operate as a knowledgeable, professional, well oiled machine. The personal in each department know their job-from sales fully understanding and explaining options, staff that understands insurance company interactions, thru to the execution team on the roof. They are all experts in their jobs. Their equipment is quality and well maintained evidenced by how spotless everything was. The work was well organized step by step - from ALL necessary materials delivered the day prior to installation, thru roof installation (five elevations) and final site cleanup all completed in a day. Other than the fact that I have a new roof you would never know they were here.

We had an excellent experience with RoofER/The Roof Docs throughout the entire roof replacement process, from the initial sales approach through job completion.Communication with the company was good. The job process was explained through emails, texts and phone calls. Any questions we had were answered promptly.Our project coordinator informed us in detail of material options regarding quality and costs.Cleanup was commendable. My first meeting was with Mike who knocked on my door and he was incredibly friendly. He walked me through the process and working with my insurance company. Cadell was my project manager and was coordinated all of the work dates. Keith was my project coordinator and walked through each step and my home selection from roof to siding. The crews were friendly and answered any questions I had. I'm very happy with my new roof and siding!

I had an excellent experience with RoofER. Their customer acquisition approach is innovative and some may consider sketch but I give them credit for it AND they are transparent about it. Frankly, they are a pretty transparent company. Justin Wines knocked on my door, no easy task!, and he was persistent but not respectfully so. He's got a tough job but does it exceedingly well I thought. The rest of the team was good too.I was very clear that given my circumstances I wasn't in a position to pay more than my deductible and I didn't. Not one penny more. I will say I did not like their contract AT ALL and told them so. I redlined it heavily and to my surprise they accepted EVERY change. In a call I expected to be very contentious to review the changes, it simply wasn't. Ford, the GM, explained that he was confident in the services and was fine with all of my changes after discussing/clarifying one or two points. From that point on, it was smooth sailing. The install crew was great. I have dogs and was very worried about nails in the backyard and months later have never found one back there. Follow up was good too. They sent QA out after and Justin was in my neighborhood the other day and called to make sure I was happy. I had my roof done in the beginning of December and I'm thrilled.

From my first interaction through the final wrap up call, everyone I worked with has been professional, knowledgable, and friendly throughout. They were extremely helpful in working with the insurance company and ensuring that I got everything I could in my settlement. The various teams involved in the actual roof and gutter replacement were on time and worked fast leaving a quality product behind. My yard was probably cleaner after they left than when they arrived! Keith has been very communicative throughout the process and took the time to explain every detail without being overly aggressive regarding upsells on the products. A great experience and I highly recommend this company!

Hi...I usually dismissed solicitors coming to my door without given them a chance. But when Jimmy Snyder from RoofER showed up on my door step and asked if he could do a roof inspection I was very impressed with his presentation. He was very knowledgable and displayed true professionalism. Jimmy did the inspection, showed me pictures and explained why I needed a roof replacement. He provided guidance and the details I needed to present to my insurance company. I followed Jimmy's guidance, the insurance company came out within a week and immediately approved the replacement of my roof. A day later the funds were distributed to my account. I then made contact with the RoofER front office and they promptly sent out Mike Rafter the Project Manager to discuss the installation process. Mike is a true professional at his job and his insights and guidance was appreciated. He provided an impressive presentation. About 6 weeks later RoofER installation team was out to the house to replace the roof. They did an awesome job replacing the room in one day and also effectively cleaned up. I have never be so impressed with a construction company as I am with RoofER. If you are looking for a roofing company to replace your roof look no further.
