Service Pros is a good company to use. I had a big problem with a build up of mold in my basement, called one company they couldn’t get the job done but called Service Pros and they were very communicative and ready to get the job done. Everything went well and my basement is back brand new. The only Con I would say… is they did show up a little late but did communicate with me the whole time. I would for sure work with them again

My main sewage line backed up into my house. They came out the same day and efficiently fixed the clog which was 50 ft from the house.

Terrible experience. Communicating with management was extremely difficult. They would not answer their phone and when I was able to finally make contact they acted as if I was an inconvenience. Extremely unprofessional would not recommend.
