I have ordered and installed two complete DEK Drain under deck rain systems. The first was in 2014, the second was in 2023. I was obviously so impressed with the first of that I ordered a second for my new construction home. Coincidentally, , I ordered both systems from the same customer service agent, which tells you how much emphasis this company places on retaining its quality employees. My general contractor had never seen such a simple system to use, and will now be recommending this to all his clients new builds.

Unbelievable product, super easy to install and great customer service support. Have always worried about standing snow rotting our deck and after 15 years it did. Now with DEK Decking material know the joists on my deck are well protected. Even in the middle of the winter I see water draining out of the deck gutter. The best part is I built a workshop under my deck. Love my enclosed dry work space. Highly recommend this product.

Great product, great customer service and great support. Under deck system came with extra material to make up for mistakes and was very easy to install. Metatrails were robust and high grade, much better than the competitive systems out there. I highly recommend this product!

I came across this drainage system while searching on the web. It looked promising and I reached out to them. They were quick to respond and help me put together my order. The system is very adaptable and they have or can make whatever you need to make it work. We were only draining part of our deck so the only challenge was dealing with the additional thickness of the epdm layers compared to bare joists.

Ed is excellent to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and everything he said happened exactly when he said it would. Materials shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. I spent several days researching under deck waterproofing systems and DekDrain appears to be the easiest to install while providing the best coverage at an affordable price. They have several short videos explaining every aspect of the straightforward installation. No special tools or hardware required, and you can call them for help if needed! I wish all vendors were this easy to deal with. I will recommend DekDrain to everyone I know and already have plans to buy the materials for a relative's project. Thank you Ed and DekDrain!

I just built a 2000sf deck using Trex decking and wanted to use the space under the deck as a car port & storage. the deck is 23' wide by 90' long, so it's big.The obvious answer is to go with Trex RainEscape, that was the salesman's idea, but it only goes to 16', so i needed two separate systems to make 23' work.I did some homework and found Ed at DEK Drain and after some horse trading bought his product. It's a much bigger risk buying from a small manufacture on one hand, but on the other I really liked the family owned nature of the business and felt compelled to support them with a product they are genuinely lit up about.I am extremely glad I did.The product is excellent!In my opinion it is far better quality in every way than the Trex alternative, the DEK Drain guys will make it to the exact length you need, it self heals if you put a staple in the wrong place and it's black instead of baby poo brown which means it disappears once the deck is installed.Great product.Great customer serviceDefiantly worth the premium once I considered the overall costs and longevity.And I get to support a small American business run by people like me.JamesNYC

I want to thank Ed Cincotti of DekDrain. I emailed to order a topside membrane for my rebuild deck project at my house. I sent Ed a schematic and he priced it up.I asked if DekDrain was negotiable on the price, and Ed removed the shipping charges, which were substantial as the boxes of material are heavy.This was in February 2021. I am now getting the construction started and our deck plan changed. Ed next day shipped the couple pieces we needed to add more posts for the railing. No charge.I want to thank them again for going above and beyond and providing items at no cost when they really didn’t have to or need to do that.

Very easy system for your DIY projects, labeling and directions where easy to understand. Very quick ship. I had one question during the install and the person that assisted me, cleared it up very quickly. I am interested in how this system will do with the Wisconsin winters, but so far so good. This product worked out ok, there was confusion between the company and us when ordering. We didn’t get the return panels, we sent pictures of our product and I don’t know how they couldn’t see it was a cantilever deck that would need return panels to waterproof the whole thing, nor did they ask or inquire about it. No bid deal we just waterproofed to the beam then left the remaining 2 feet exposed. We put down composite Azek decking with the ConcealLoc fasteners overtop of the DEK DRAIN Topside system. When trying to put next board you have to push it under the existing ConcealLoc fasteners, this caused problems with the DEK Drain system, it bunches up and made it much harder to fasten. Then on top of it all, all the buttjoints had to be face screwed because your supposed to have sistered joists where any buttjoint are with the ConcealLoc system, and that wouldn’t work with the DEK Drain sysyem. I take blame for that not reading far enough in to the ConcealLoc system. Do your research before starting your project. Other then that just having all that rubber up on the deck makes it so you have to work slow as it can be slippery when wet, and very careful not to puncture the rubber. Good customer service

Dek drain hands down in my opinion is better than rain escapes from trex it’s a top down system with composite deck lasting 30 plus years why not protect the frame you wouldn’t leave a hole in your roof and expect the floor to last Easy to use
