When the siding blew off the side of the house recently, a neighbor recommended that I call House Transformers for help. I was glad that I had called, because Wilder came the next day and talked to us about a repair or a whole house replacement of the siding. I called 4 other companies and Wilder gave us the best estimate and schedule. Our existing siding was 34 years old, but was a common cream color. The material was delivered the next day, the snow put a stop on labor, but as soon as possible the team was here and it took only 4 days to replace all the siding and the house looks great!! We spoke with the team as they took down the old and put up the new siding. They fixed several rotten boards, bee damage, etc... calling our attention to issues. They were meticulous in their cleanup too. We recommend House Transformers!!

My roof had incurred damage from a heavy wind storm so I filed a claim. The insurance inspector came out and his report said there wasn’t anything wrong with my roof but didn’t bother to even make note of the leak in my attic that he even observed himself. My insurance allowed me to appeal and I called House Transformers.Russell came out and inspected my roof and found all sorts of damage. He wrote up a report and submitted it to my insurance company and with that, the insurance company sent out another inspector. Russell met the inspector and walked him through everything he found. Fortunately, the inspector concurred with Russell’s assessment and deemed a replacement was necessary. Russell subsequently came by and walked us through the entire process of the work to be done and how the payment process worked.The roofers came by just a couple of days later at 7:30 in the morning and they worked about non-stop for the next 12 or so hours. They weren’t quite done after the day but cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly even sweeping the lawn with a powerful magnet to pick up any loose roofing nails.They finished up the next day and the roof looks great.Our overall experience with House Transformers has been exceptional. The quality of the work was excellent and dealing with Russell was a pleasure. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely call House Transformers again for any future work I may need.

We are so happy we made the decision to work with House Transformers. We had significant storm damage and Wilder and his team helped every step of the way from coordinating an estimate directly with our insurance company to getting the work done quickly and at a high level of quality. They replaced our roof, gutters, and fences. I shared photos of the the fence I wanted and they delivered it beautifully. We decided to have them paint our entire house as part of the work and it looks awesome. We are thrilled with the work and relieved that we were able to re-secure our home so quickly. Wilder and Alejandro are kind, trustworthy, and great communicators. We cannot thank House Transformers enough for their help through this tough time.

This company is simply amazing. They do great and amazing work in a very timely manner. I have used them on numerous occasions for different things, and they have never failed or disappointed in any type of way. They are very easy to get along with and have never been pushy for anything and is not a company looking to just get money from you at all. My point of contact that has always been Alejandro is absolutely perfect, any questions I have had I can give him a call and he always gets back to me and always answers all my questions. I definitely and highly recommend them.

Posted in 2020, but added new pics I found while cleaning PC:I have wanted to post a review about this company ever since we worked with them in May 2018. The experience was so bad that I had to move on, but I am now ready to share our experience. We had a roof leak and all was good at first with setting up our job. But the roof was patched with mismatching shingles (last photo). Then it started leaking again. It started sagging in and we were told that the contract didn't specify adding a board. We had an appointment to fix it and they forgot about us and had to reschedule. Every time I tried to talk with the supervisor I was given the run around. They got it fixed the second time and the worker even cleaned out part of our gutter. Then when it came time to patch the drywall, the worker left a mess. There was drywall EVERYWHERE. I asked him to please cover the blinds because we just put them up and there was drywall in the top of them as well. The workers were all nice but I would never use this company again.

At the end of 2019 I had my roof redone by House Transformers. It was a really great experience working with the roofers as they were redoing my roof thanks to Keny (the roofing crew lead) on sight. They were really fast, professional and they cleaned up really well.Steve (Sight Manager) i believe is what his title is, was really professional. He helped me understand the benefits of the different types of shingles, colors and replacing the plywood on my roof with a really effective drip edge. Stephany was really informative anf helped with the processing and also i wanna thank Anthony (Project Manager) for making sure everything went according to plans. Now all i have to do is get my exterior painged to match this beautiful roof.Over all it was a great experience....... i Recommend that you go with this company if you want a professional look on your home's exterior improvement.

The "team" of workers communicated well and were safety conscious during the entire project. I hired House Transformers in 2018 to a roof installation. Fast forward to March 2023. I had damaged siding that needed to be replaced. When the contractor removed the siding, we found the roof flashing was not done correctly on part of the roof causing the siding install to be delayed. I called House Transformers and described the problem and sent them pictures of the roof. That call was at 9:30am. They had a crew at my home at 12:30pm THE SAME DAY. These guys were top-notch. Hard working and very responsive to emails and calls. Their prices were very reasonable and they did all of the legwork submitting an insurance claim for me for my roof. I would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They quoted me on some work that I was having done, but once they came out and we discussed the project, we decided to go another direction and didn't need all of the work done. However, they did not want to reduce the quote and still wanted to charge me for the full project. This is not how an honest business works. Super shady. Plus they were extremely unresponsive and have very bad customer service. Not worth using them, with so many good companies out there.
