I found Most Valuable Painters on google and contacted Scott about painting an office (walls and ceiling) and fixing a wall downstairs that needed several holes filled in and to be repainted. I love our new DRY ERASE WALL! Had a few walkthroughs and quotes with other painters but the second I met Scott, the journey of improving our home took a giant leap. He provided valuable information and even suggested tasks that I could take on myself if interested. Being patient, responsive and a great listener for the needs of his clients, his professionalism is refreshing. There were options for buying my own products, having them provided and for another project, taught us how to find the perfect matching paint. Quotes were always accurate and in line with the ask. Even as we evolved the request for work, he was able to adjust pricing objectively with no surprises. Then Scott's wife Jhoanne also arrived with a level of kindness, work ethic and attention to detail unmatched. Knocking out the entire master bathroom and an amazing dry erase wall in the office. It has literally been a dream come true. I had contacted another specialty deck staining contractor who opted not to complete the work due to the complexity of the project.After researching several other contractors, I finally contacted MVP and met with Scott. During our consultation, Scott understood the exact work I wanted done and had no problems accepting the project.Scott and his team started the project on the exact date proposed and completed the work within the scheduled time frame. They repaired (MANY nail pops/ceiling cracks) and painted our entire first, second, and third floor common areas and ceiling in just 3 days! The communication, efficiency, and quality of work were all top notch. We came home and our jaws dropped at how awesome our home looked! We needed interior ceiling painting due to a roof leak. MVP was very professional and on time when they came to do the estimate. They were very considerate, even left their shoes at the front door to protect our floors! Very impressed with MVP. I’m always nervous letting others perform work because I’m a perfectionist and difficult to please. Scott came out and gave a very fair and reasonable estimate. Everything was communicated clearly in their paperwork and they even modified it according to my requests for partial and additional services.I wish I could say the same for the first estimate that I received from another company out of Forest Hill, it was over inflated and a little ridiculous. Glad I decided to stay local and called MVP.MVP is one of the first companies to meet and even exceed my expectations. They were neat, clean, professional, and arrived on time each day. Most importantly, they were meticulous in their taping and painting which provided clean & crisp lines. The job was large and consisted of several rooms, the basement stairway walls/ceiling, 10 doors, crown throughout, base, and window trim. Even though it was a big job, MVP moved like a well oiled machine and was able to finish in the agreed upon time frame.Special shout out to Randi for coordinating the daily work flow. She even helped us pick another paint color when we weren’t happy with the original color we selected. Scott,Carlos and their crew were wonderful.After I talked with 4 other painting companies I called MVP and WOW-I'm glad I did! Not only were they the most reasonably priced they were also very efficient when they arrived to give us an estimate they surveyed the areas we needed painted and recommended the best type of paint for each one.When the day for our job came,they arrived on time and got right to work,they applied two coats to our ceiling,and two to the walls,then used a semi gloss on the border trim-all this was completed in one day! So,I'll certainly use them again and would advise anyone needing any painting done to call MVP, I'm very pleased and I'm sure you will be as well!

I choose MVP after several estimates. Scott the owner was the most personable out of the companies that came out. I had a lower bid for the work and he matched it. I had several areas painted, trim replaced around my attic access and popcorn texture removed from my dinning room ceiling. My ceiling is plaster and had some previous damage poorly patched. MVP made the ceiling look brand new while not compromising the original 1940 decorative molding. Everything was done in a timely manner and looks great. The employees were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend MVP.

This business exceeded my expectations! I was referred to this company and was told they did wonderful work and took great care in cleanup and protecting the rest of a home. They did this perfectly! I appreciated the communication, daily arrival on time, and a full day of work. I was able to have three ceilings with repair, and a staircase and ceiling completed within three days. My home was put back together and dust was cleaned up daily. All areas that could be impacted from the paint or sanding, were taped up and protected. I will use this company again. My wife and I inquired about local painting companies on Facebook in the Severna Park area, and MVP was repeatedly recommended. So we hired them to paint all the exterior wood trim around the house including soffits, window and door trim, eaves, garage frame, etc.Scott and his team at MVP did an amazing job from start to finish.
