These guys have shut off water to our whole building without notice, they do not return calls . Corner cutting and empty promises.They will come out if that emergency fee is included for a leaking issue. However its been 4 months fighting to get the flooring replaced in my house , and still no resolution.The receptionist is quite snappy with a dissatisfied customer , and conveniently no one is ever available to speak too.Be rest assured if other work is needed after a cleanup is a total hassle and waste of time.

We had a fire in our building. We chose NAC to be our main remediation contractor to restore our building. They were responsive and quick to prioritize and remediate the things that needed to be done to put us back in order. They were professional and caring for our needs. As you can imagine, this was a difficult time for our residents and NAC made it as easy as possible to get us back together. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this group to take care of you reconstruction needs whether it be fire or general contracting.

Frank is awesome! The main pipe in my community caused leaks into several homes. My kitchen flooded and my floors have to be completely redone. He came right out and was on time. He explained everything to me each step of the way, really took care of me, and gave me his number to call if I have any questions or anything pops up. This contractor was deployed by the HOA without informing us what that they would bill the HOA for $525 for a five minute visit the morning after the emergency. The bill specifically indicates that nothing was done. My husband and I did all the cleanup ourselves. This is fraud and extortion. A complaint was filed with the Attorney General under consumer protections, and also looking into filing a complaint with MHIC. Also looking into getting the property management fired for this stunt.

I worked here for going on about 8 months and the saying the “fish rots from the head” fits this groupMgmt doesn’t care about anything other then keeping contracts (which makes sense business wise) they water down all their cleaning products for example fabuloso is a purple cleaner when we get it as cleaners it’s light purple pretty much see thru only product that isn’t tampered with is comet in the bottle (powder form) now when it comes to supplies she gets her barn raised Curtis bay cronies too call and ask what supplies are needed instead of going to account to see for self then make decision based off what you see, the boss (Diane) has this false reality that her ways is law but like I said “the fish rots from the head” meaning diane gives her supervisors cleaners that actually work and gives everyone else the liquid cleaners that diluted with 85% Last thing .. the boss has a voice recorder in the work vans

We have used this company for a wide variety of cleaning as well as some construction. In every instance Diane has been extremely helpful and quick to help solve every problem I have thrown her way. If there is a leak she's personally there to see that everything is ok. Highly recommended! I have been using their services for 15 + years now. Very responsive day hours, after hours emergency and holidays. They are very thorough during their assessment of damages; experts in mold remediation and construction defects. Staff will explain what the plan is and why. They also work very closely with community managers and insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claims processing. The office staff works with me to clarify any questions or concerns and they treat you as if you are the only client they have, on a consistent basis.

These people came out as "an emergency" service a day after I called. Charged my HOA $325 to come out for a 15 minute visit and when I found the source of the problem the plumber told me they would be expensive to fix such a small issue and recommended a cheaper option. Yet I still got charged such an excessive amount because "it was logged as an emergency" on their end most likely because they don't get a lot of customers. So many better and more reasonable options out there. Avoid at all costs.3/5/2020 Update: Owners will say "They tracked and they found" on my comments and try to justify their work because they will hear complaints about this review when in fact they did no such thing. They used my tools, they only found the leak because I found that the water heater was leaking otherwise their technician was ready to leave the premise and order the floor under my apartment to be cut open to find the leak. I paid $325 to learn that you can get better and cheaper service anywhere else. You can learn from my mistake too. If you belong to an HOA make sure you also find out if they work for your neighborhood too because they will upcharge for minor leak inspection.

Great experience! Had my kitchen renovated. Devin and Rob were professional, responsive and competent. All the sub contractors did a great job. Gave me good advice on how to renovate the kitchen. Couldn't ask for better. Would definitely use them again!

When the damage occurred in my place this company came out inspected the damages and assured me that once they received the funds from the HOA they would start work immediately. In the past, as a result of sewer overflow our community contracted services to remediate the damage. The contractors removed damaged drywall, dried the affected areas, repaired the drywall and repainted. In short, the restored the areas to pre-incident condition. Recently North Arundel was called to inspect some damage to the ceiling in a common area of our community. They cut out a chunk of drywall, identified a leaking pipe at the bathtub and then left. A plumber had to be called to repair the leak, which he said was non-existent at the point identified.However, he did show us signs of obvious mold and even the drywall tape was peeling from the ceiling roughly six feet from the hole North Arundel had cut. It wasn't a bathtub but a vent pipe. Evidently the roof had been leaking at the vent penetration which had already been reapired. Then another contractor had to be called to repair the damage North Arundel caused in the ceiling meanwhile the actual mold still exists. Nothing like the level of service we had received from the previous experience. The North Arundel representative was sooooo close to the affected area it could have bit him but he din't even remove the actual moldSeriously, a thousand dollars to cut a hole in the wrong place in the ceiling and sweep up the mess ? There were no environmental barriers established to contain potential contamination but they did bring their own trash bag. Way to go North Arundel. It was bad enough we had to pay to have their work completed but they could have at least saved us the plumber fee by not pointing to a non-existing leak.

If you have a choice don't ever use this company! Unfortunately we did not have a choice because they are contracted with our home owners association. Every person we spoke with in this company was full of lie after lie. Not to mention the work they did do was terrible and will have to be redone by someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares about their customers and customer service. Would give zero stars if I could... stay away!!

Initally I thought NAC was going to be there for me, and not railroad me thru billing. I was wrong. As a result of the hurricane in November 2012, they have called my insurance company behind my back, made claims they did work in my residence that did not occur and proceeded to lie to me about continued discussions with my insurnance company. Public beware.
