We got quotes from a few vendors for upgrading our screen porch and decided to go with Patio Enclosures because of the quality materials and reputation. I was immediately impressed with their teams expertise in taking precise measurements of our existing porch, and timely delivery of materials to our home as projected. The project lead, James, and his team were meticulous with removal old screens, custom cutting and wrapping exposed wood posts and frames, as well as installation of the new sliding screened windows door. They did a fabulous job! We’ve always enjoyed spending time on our back porch and we’re thoroughly pleased with the upgraded look. Thank you, Patio Enclosures 👍🏿

We hired Patio Enclosures back in January to put a sunroom addition onto our house. Our salesman was Steve Conrad. We had to work with our HOA to get plans approved. When anything in the plans wasn't acceptable, Patio Enclosures worked with us to get everything approved. Once approved, we waited on our county permit (which of course took several weeks). Upon receiving the permit, Patio Enclosures ordered all of the materials to build the sunroom. When they said they would be here, they were. They worked from 8 am (sometimes earlier) until at least 4 pm on the days worked. From beginning to completion, it took a week and a half. Then the electrician came in to wire the ceiling fan, outside flood lights, and outlets. That took two days. The electrician was excellent! He even put up the ceiling fan we bought and when it didn't have a remote, he got one for us. This experience took some time, but we are more than happy with how it looks!!

A completely professional job from top to bottom! From the planning process with designer Steve Mitchell, to the communications between the company and client headed by Mike Little, to the measuring done by Tony and the foundation work expertly done by Ron, the actual build supervised and completed by Pat Dietz was also terrific as was the electrical work done by another Patrick! The Office staff helmed by Whitney and Hollie was easy to work with and always kept us appraised of where we were in the process. We are delighted with the result and even though we are still in the process of moving my husband's art materials into what will be his painting and writing studio, I know we will enjoy this wonderful space for many years to come.

The staff at Great Day Home Improvements did a great job. The entire staff was pleasant and professional from the recceptionist to the project managers, to the builders and the people in the service department.Before the project started, a representative came to my home and explained everything. We consulted, they built, and they followed up to ensure I was satisfied. When we had questions, they addressed them, and when we had additional requests, they fulfilled them.I think what was so refreshing was their pleasant and positive attitude, not to mention the excelent job they did. What a delight.I highly recommend this company.

Looking to replace our existing deck. Had many deck and sunroom companies to our house. Decided we wanted an all-season sunroom. Between the three companies - Patio Enclosures offered the most and the product felt the best. Catherine Archis, our sales representative was knowledgeable and offered tremendous insight into the process and design of the room. We could tell she had experience with the process - greatly appreciated her tips. We signed the contract in May. Whitney Gischel was our administrative contact with the office. She kept us updated on the ordering, receiving and scheduling of the project throughout the summer. Once project started in August it took 4 weeks with inspections and all. Yun was our carpenter and he takes great pride in his work and it shows. Jon and Ricardo were our installation team; they are a great team and answered all our questions during the build. It was awesome to see how the room came together and you can tell these two are experienced - this isn't their first build. Jon offered great tips for care of the room and screens. Everyone we worked with from Patio Enclosures returned our calls, emails and were timely on the job site. All workers kept the site as neat and tidy as possible - which was greatly appreciated. So far we are very pleased and haven't had any issues.

We have a neighbor who used Patio Enclosures and who recommended them highly, and our experience with adding a 4-season sunroom to our townhouse was the same: professional, courteous, always keeping us up to date on the process (especially with supply chain issues), high quality work, and just great people from the main office to the guys who did the work on-site. You might pay a bit more, but it's worth it for the quality and peace of mind of knowing the job was done right.

We signed a contact to enclose our patio, below an enclosed sunroom in May with a salesperson estimate to complete in July.Somewhere in the process the contract specifications for a two foot knee wall became three feet.The installation crew arrived in September and I noticed the incorrect knee wall height, which required the windows to be rebuiltPatio Enclosures readily admitted their error and re-ordered the correct windows. That pushed the installation to October.The final result is all that we expected. Installation proceeded quickly, the crew was efficient and provided an excellent enclosure,. We are quite satisfied !!

Had our screened in porch changed to sliding windows and added a storm door last year. A few weeks ago the tensioner broke on the door but Patio Enclosures ordered new parts and sent Tony to fix it, he did a great job. Awesome Company that values it's work and customers. I replaced a sunroom that was falling apart. Patio Enclosures' is very well made, the crew worked hard and responded to any issues I had. Since it's finished, I've been measure temps in morning and, without heat on over night it is about 10 degrees warmer than outside temp. Very pleased over all.

We wanted to enclose our existing screen porch with sliding windows and a new storm door. Steve initially came out to design and show us a model diagram, answered questions, and provided a competitive estimate. Patio Enclosures informed us scheduling would take 8-10 weeks and were very transparent about the process over email and phone. Whitney was very prompt about reminders and giving us a heads up about estimates and scheduling.Installation took 4 days. Our installers, Ricardo and Erick were terrific in fitting and installing the windows and storm door into our existing frame. At the end, Ricardo walked us through how the windows open and close to make sure everything was functioning properly also also explained simple mainteance care. The installers arrived (and left) promptly on time and didn't leave any mess or debris behind. Usually we expect long delays or mishaps to happen with contractors, but this company was very efficient and professional. Our experience with Patio Enclosures was excellent from start to finish.

First, let me note that we didn't opt to get our deck re-done with Patio Enclosures so I can't speak to the finished product, but that is because we need something different from the norm (e.g. we want something with an open air roof). Jimmy was very professional and explained things in great detail. He provided a drawing and price on the spot, after talking to us about what we were looking for. It appears that their materials and process are well thought out. The pricing and financing also seems fair. I honestly wished out project wasn't so odd so we could have worked with them. They seemed like they would be easy to work with.
