Chis came out to talk to us about windows and options. He was great in helping us make a decision and even suggested an option that helped us save.Update: window nation came out quicker than we had expected to replace our windows. The installers were extremely polite and very professional. They cleaned up everything when they were done like nothing even happened. We did have them patch up 2 half moon windows. The siding matched with our existing siding perfectly even though it originally looked like it wouldn’t so that’s a plus. The drywall work on the inside was okay but hey, these guys are window installers, not drywall finishers. I did 2 more coats of spackle and paint touch up and it’s fine. Will definitely have them come do the rest of our windows when we are ready.

My experience with the sales team at Window Nation has been fabulous! Scheduling of the consultation was quick and easy, and the sales associate, Ernie Woodard, was out within a day. Ernie is professional, knowledgeable of the company and products, and very personable! He took a great amount of time to cover everything, provide a demonstration, take initial measurements, provide details on the warranties, and explain the entire installation process and timing. Ernie worked with me to provide a very affordable package to replace all of my windows (14) WITHOUT any high pressure sales pitch!Within an hour of signing the contract, the installation team reached out to schedule a final measurement appointment for next week. I am MORE than pleased with Window Nation's customer service and the affordability of their windows. I am extremely excited about this project and having the new windows installed within the next 6-8 weeks! Blaine was extremely knowledgeable regarding Window Nation windows as well as comparisons with other well-known companies. He checked my previously installed windows by Window Nation to assure me I would be getting the same quality windows installed. He spent quality time with me in making sure I received all of the discounts allowed to me. I'm giving 4 stars because I was disappointed that the buy 2 windows get 2 windows deal was not what I thought it would be and there is no itemized breakdown of what you are paying for; you just get a lump sum amount and I prefer an itemized breakdown. But Chris was phenomenal. I'm a bottom-line up-front person and Chris R did that for me. There was no humming and hawing he was direct and to the point, which I truly appreciated, and he was still able to work with me within my budget. Window Nation truly measure 3 times! My windows were measured twice prior to my install date, and Jose re-measured the windows on the day of installation before he even took the replacement windows off the truck. Jose and team arrived on time, put drop cloth down on my wood floors, closed the doors behind them as they came in and went out and left nothing for me to clean up. I appreciate the respect they showed my home. So far, I am very pleased with the windows themselves and the installation. I ordered the Georgetown series. I'm no windows expert but in my opinion the windows are great quality (thick and insulated) It rained a little last night and no leaks! :-) I would recommend WN for replacement windows.

Our experience with Window Nation has been great from the start! Our representative, Derek, was on time, professional, personable, and accommodating throughout the process. He was very helpful in explaining all the aspects of their products and answered all of our questions patiently and effectively. The affordability and quality that Window Nation provides for their customers is one of the best in the Baltimore area and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking window, siding, or glass door maintenance/replacement.

Jimmy powers at window nation was great to work with. Being the fourth window salesman we talked to within a short time we knew the tech and exactly what we wanted. Mr. Powers was patient and efficient in answering our questions and setting us up with with we wanted. I would recommend. This review is only of the sales aspect of window nation.

I had Nowell from Window Nation come out after my initial appointment was cancelled because someone forgot to schedule it. That being said, Nowell was prompt, professional and to the point. He was able to answer my questions and didn't talk negatively about the competition. He lived up to his word all along the way and was easy to get a hold of, and quick to respond.I was a little nervous since Thompson Creek had talked so negatively about WN and their manufacturer (Vytex) and had even sent me photos of poor install jobs. I was pleasantly surprised when the installers called to schedule a few weeks ahead of schedule, and the crew came out on time and was very knowledgeable, and professional. I was waiting for something to be wrong, but they were on top of things from start to finish.The entire experience was easy and well done. I am very satisfied so far and would recommend.

Had my first and last experience with this company today. Initially I called this morning to get a free estimate on replacing the windows in my home. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get an estimator here the same day. The initial experience with the sales rep was pleasant until it came time to commit or decline to a contract. I received a great offer on the product and instalation, but my wife and I needed some time to think over the purchase. I asked if I could have until the next business day to make a final decision. The rep "Rob" told me that this offer was only valid today in person only. I asked if he could ask his supervisor if I could consider the offer and get back with them as my wife and I wanted to have a chance to think over this project before making a financial commitment. Rob told us that I could call the company back but it wouldn't be him or anyone else coming to my house again, I'd be getting someone wearing a head set on the other end of the phone and he can't guarantee what deal they'd offer me, he said that I'd be at the initial estimate which was $16,000.00. (Note that the offer he made was between $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 roughly BUT Only if I committed today) Initially I was told that the job offer had a 30 day price lock guarantee, when I questioned him about this, Rob told me that the 30 day guarantee was only if I signed a contract today. This was very misleading. I then asked why the company would not allow a customer to consider the estimate offer and then get back with them. Rob stated that I could call the company but I would be starting over again with the process and they would have me listed as a customer that already had a rep come out to their house and they won't send another rep out because it waste time. I told him that if Window Nation doesn't want to take the time for its potential customers than I don't want to do business with them. He mentioned that there are other companies out there and I'd be paying more for the instalation and windows by not using Window Nation. I declined the offer today and honestly, I'd rather give another company my hard earned money rather than this company that seems like it doesn't care about its customer's.

I had the best experience when requesting and estimate to have my windows replaced. Nowell Kern came out and provided me with all the information that I needed to make a informed decision. Nowell was extremely.friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He went over all the installation, warranty and window types/design information thoroughly and responded to my questions without hesitation. I'm looking forward to having my windows installed ASAP.

Before we move we wanted to update our home due to it being older and still having original windows from the 80’s. We knew it would make a huge difference but it almost made us stay after how much of a difference we felt in the home after. Derek explained the difference we would feel but it was substantial. We will be reaching back out to him and Window Nation in the future if we ever need work done to our home in PA. A+ all around!
