I HIGHLY recommend Restoration Roofing Co.! The professionalism, knowledge, craftsmanship, and open communication Jose's company displayed was superlative! My husband and I recently bought a house with three outbuildings that we knew needed new roofs. Having very little knowledge regarding roofs, I did extensive research, read reviews, and had 5 estimates from different companies. To save anyone reading this review the hassle, let me just say this is the company you want!Jose's CertainTeed Select Shingle Master certification gave me piece-of-mind from the beginning. Essentially this means the quality of his work is recognized by one of the highest quality and widely used roofing manufactures in the USA and they back his work with the highest warrantee available. Beyond his teams professionalism, he also accommodated for individualized situations. We have a dog that is stressed by strangers being around the house if no one is home, and when he found out we weren't able to be home the second day of the project, he offered to cover the cost for a day boarding him to help with any stress the guys might cause him being around the house. He openly communicated about things out of his control such as a short delay in the delivery of supplies, and employee illness causing his team to be a man short. Our gutters on the garage were damaged while doing the roof. He let us know immediately, set up a company to come replace the damaged gutters and covered the cost. All done in a few short days after the roof, and the replaced gutters are a perfect match to the rest of the house. His team took extra care to protect any landscaping directly around the house, and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. They even took a magnet around the house to assure no loose nails were left behind (very thoughtful when you have pets or children)Overall, a tremendously successful and stress-free experience working with Restoration Roofing.

Excellence and Integrity.I am delighted with the work that Jose and his team performed when they replaced my old roof. From the initial meeting on site to discuss roofing options to communications, almost instantaneous, it has been seamless to work with Restoration Roofing. We moved into an old house with a 20+ year old roof. When we found our first leak in the roof, Restoration Roofers were able to get out to our house and survey the damage within 24 hours. Then got us immediately on the schedule, within 2 weeks of their original visit. Outside of replacing the roof, they fixed the water damage inside of the house, painted the bathroom, and patched the drywall around the skylights. The only issue we had was that our skylights were a unique size, so they went to every store around us to find the perfect ones in stock that would fit over the skylight holes. The team did an amazing job at being transparent on this issue and were quick to find a solution, they had the correct ones installed the next day. The communication, measurements, and repairs were absolutely perfect.To get an idea for what installation looks like, this is how it worked for us. First, our installation had a delay due to snow. So, the first day they dropped off the material only for safety of the crew. The second day they replaced the roof shingles and cleaned up all of the shingle debris, and fixed the inside damages from the water, and painted the walls/ceiling. The third day, a crew came back and installed the skylights, and did a full sweep of the yard for any nails (I still can’t find anything). Then on the fourth day another crew came back to patch the drywall around the skylight that was damaged when one of the four old ones were removed. Jose and his team were professional at all times and we cannot thank them enough. Already we are seeing our heating improve and be more consistent. We cannot recommend them enough.

Restoration Roofing Company I did my research on all the roofers in the area and received multiple bids. They gave me a fair price from the start. The owner of the company was the person that sold me the job. I have my own company and was so impressed that the owner was so knowledgeable about every aspect and familiarity of this particular field. Jose provided a detailed estimate (with no hidden fees) before he left my house. They were so efficient we decided to do our shed the head crew member called Jose and gave us a price and started working right away on the shed roof. The roofers showed up exactually the time scheduled. They had the roof off in an hour, they worked steady until the roof was finished. They protected the ground and sides of the house, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Our houses are very close to each other; it was a hard job because they did not have much room in the yard. After the job was completed, they went into the neighbors’ yards to make sure there was no debris left from working. Extremely positive experience from start to finish. Very highly recommend. Their contract and billing are one of the nicest I have seen. Very easy to understand and the set up is professional. I must add I liked that they had info about his family and it being family owned, which our business is also family own. Family own businesses we do tend to be more honest and treat our customers with respect.

I just hired Restoration Roofing company to put a roof on each of my sheds (Two). I must say this was quality work. They were very polite and they cleaned up area very well after the job was completed. They did all the work in one day they were prompt. The cost may have been a little more than those that are just trying to get the work. However, I feel I got much better quality work with them. The owner José was also very professional and polite. When I ask questions about the work to be performed, he made it very clear. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact I feel he gave me more than I expected. They also repaired some flashing that I had on my deck roof and I say it looks better than it did originally.happy to say that I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. If your looking for quality work look no futher. I did many estimates and weighed many options and with all the reviews and warranties this was the best and now I also can be a statistic of the 5 star work they do.My experience has been very good. These guys were great. Very reasonable quote for new roof, gutters, and soffit vents on a 100 year old house. Jose also doesn't do scammy sales tactics like "let me call my boss" (he is the boss/owner) or "offer only valid if you sign today". The first quote he offered was fair with no gimmicks.The roof crew also helped haul some junk from my yard since they were going to the dump anyway. And they touched up some things not in the original quote like drip edges and j-channel for existing issues not done correctly by previous owners. At one point, I was worried they were giving me too much but they insisted through the whole process that they just wanted me to be happy.

The whole process was amazing and way beyond our expectations!We contacted 3 roofers for our job and Jose, the company owner, was the only one to come to the first appt. with a blueprint of our roof and an estimate draft that we wa able to finalize in just 10 minutes after a brief roof inspection.Their price was the lowest, no money down and Jose was able to give us the best (and longest) warranty on the new roof.On the day of, the roofers came earlier than expected and were able to finish the job in one day (instead of the 2 days that we expected) because there were so many people working on the site, hardly taking any break. I would highly recommend Restoration Roofing for any roofing project starting from the estimate through the completed work. The work was completed quickly and safely, especially with the fact that my roof consists of multiple 12/12 pitches (45 degree slopes) on a 2 story house with a walk out basement. The crew had an efficient process down for teardown and installation.At a minimum, at least contact them for an estimate. Out of all the companies I talked with, Jose with Restoration was one of the best interactions that I had with providing an estimate. Jose explained everything without any pressure and also correctly and concisely described the Certainteed warranty including all of the fine print. Jose also provided a cost estimate up front regardless of going through an insurance claim or not. Certain other companies either probe you first before coming up with their estimate or want to see how much insurance would pay first before giving you a number.In terms of pricing, Restoration beat out other companies providing matching warranties (Certainteed Select Shingle Master or GAF Master Elite roofing companies), and were competitive with estimates from companies that didn't include a comparable warranty.Overall, I would highly recommend reaching out to Restoration Roofing.

The work was done straightforwardly. Our roof and gutters look great, and Restoration sent us useful pictures afterwards. We've very happy with our experience with Restoration Roofing and would definitely use them again if the need ever arises. We talked to 6 other companies (I know, but I need data), and Jose provided us with all the info we needed, in print, and was helpful but with no pressure at all. His price was also the best of the bunch so it was a no-brainer (also probably the best warranty of all the companies). The day of the roof replacement the team showed up right on the dot and worked basically from sunrise to sunset to do a full replacement with all the decking and most of the fascia. All members of the team were friendly and professional and the clean-up was perfect too. They even put back our patio furniture for us! (also none of my plants were harmed). We are glad we chose Restoration Roofing to replace the roof on our new home. Jose was very helpful, professional, didn't try to pressure us at any point and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. Their prices were reasonable and the work was excellent. They used high quality materials like high quality shingles, synthetic underlayment and plywood rather than osb. They also paid attention to the smaller details like using edge support clips and adding starter shingles and ice shield to all the edges of the roof not just the bottom to help with the high winds that had damaged the roof before. You could tell they took pride in what they do and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The only issue we had was a bit of a language barrier with the crew to work out some details on the day of install but we worked it out. Overall we are very happy with our new roof, gutters and new added skylights that have really improved the look and function of our new home.

I had my entire roof replaced by Restoration Roofing and I am super satisfied with the quality of work and the ease of the entire process. Scheduling the roof evaluation was very easy through their website and at that time Jose provided great information about the process, materials, and warranty without pushing for a decision right away. Once I decided to go with Restoration Roofing the project was scheduled and the materials and crew arrived timely at 7:00am as coordinated. The crew didn’t waste time and got 99% of the roof done on the first day, coming back a second day to finish small areas and to put the gutter guards back on.
