The work is efficient, professional, Very fairly priced… From the start of the estimate through the the actual work to the last moment they sweep clean the job site, they are transparent, easy to communicate with and go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied and happy with the outcome. AND!! You get a beautiful new roof and Plus additional construction Jobs they can help with. They did a beautiful job on my mama’s house in Denton and additionally fixed the interior of her house with some drywall concerns and gave a facelift to a little shed outside. Got four quotes to replace my roof. Selected Canales because they were local and had other good Google reviews. The job was to replace the roof on an 1,100 square foot home and a single car detached garage. Scheduling was quick, and the guys showed up exactly on time. The job took a little longer than the one day that was forecast, more like 1.5 days. I'm happy with the job and the roof looks great.Update: Noticed a couple nail pops six months after install. Called them up and they had someone (and not just anyone, the owner) at my house that day to correct. Can’t ask for more than that.

We hired Canales LLC to repoint a waist high brick facade, extend a privacy fence by 25 feet, and replace the aluminum and soffit around our home. Erick and Mary Ella were communicative in providing a quote, discussing the project, and providing a timeline for each stage of the work. Amazingly, they were able to provide a crew to complete everything in two days. Additionally, they cleaned up the site and somehow removed and replaced the existing gutters around a large immovable pergola in our backyard. All in, the cost was much more reasonable (not so low it made us nervous) than larger contractors with much lower ratings.

For us, based on our experience over the past several years, Canales Service LLC has earned our respect in all regards, and has become our "go to" contractor for keeping our Downs on the Severn home in good repair. Recent tasks include replacing cedar siding (as needed), exterior painting (home and our boathouse), interior plaster repair and painting, roof replacement (including plywood panels as needed), and skylight replacement (six).Their proposals and billing invoices are detailed; material costs and labor time rates are reasonable. After comparing all six companies, I went with the best based on the job services and materials as required by my homeowners association, as well as, guarantee, workmanship and price quoted in the estimate provided by Eric Canales, owner of Canales Services, LLC.On the agreed upon scheduled day and time, the Eric Canales team showed up ready to work. Canales Services tore off a metal roof and wood shakes , put on new decking and then installed a standing seam roof. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the finished job. I highly recommend this company and will use them again ! I had some roof damage once after a new Heat Pump and Heater was installed. The original installers tried 3 time to repair my leaking roof from the heater venting and flashing , and they could not do it. Canales repaired my roof and it has not leaked since. The bottom line is that I will use them again if necessary !! We had Canales install a new membrane for our second-story balcony and covered porch. They replaced much if not all of the plywood "sub-floor" under the old membrane due to warping (which caused pooling) and leaks that caused some of the plywood to rot. Canales also recommended and we agreed to replacing the old screened porch and railing system. In addition, Canales fixed the damage to our ceiling below the old cracked membrane on the screened porch. There were some minor issues--a little area of pooling after the work was complete and unfinished areas of the screened porch, but Erick and crew were responsive and came out to assess and propose a remedy and/or fix. I searched around for someone to repair my roof for awhile. I was so glad to come upon Canales Services. I contacted Erick on home advisors. I was impressed with his quick response. He was very friendly and its obvious that he knows a lot about roofing and it is something he's passionate about. Erick gave me a fair quote, the price was great and they fixed my roof in no time. I was not able to be at home or ever meet Erick face to face but he took good care of my property and roof. It has rained pretty hard a few times since the repair and there is no more leak!!!
