I can’t say enough about the Home Services Restoration team. The integrity, willingness to assist, professional job, fair prices, and attitude of this team is outstanding and I am highly recommending. When a previous company had left us high and dry for the sealing of our basement, with only 9 days left until settlement, I called Greg Reynolds at Home Services. His team fit a visit to us into his already packed schedule and he came out to view the job and give us an estimate. I explained the situation, this was one item on our Buyers list, and asked about remediation before settlement. Unfortunately, he said he would not be able to get to us for another month, at the soonest. However, THAT evening, Greg texted us our estimate but also that he would be trying to line up a team that could complete the remediation that weekend! He explained that “we had gotten caught in an unfortunate situation . . . and we [Home Services] were glad to help.” Greg’s team showed up, was courteous, respectful, answered all my questions, and did a super-professional job. This remediation, which could have been a stopper at settlement, was completed and I was able to go to settlement. I would hire the Home Services Restoration team without hesitation for any future needs and they’ll be my first stop next time.

Our home inspection reported mold, standing water from condensation, high humidity, sagging insulation and lots of insects and even a dead snake in the crawl space of the home we were purchasing. Home Services sent a team who removed all the old insulation from between the joists, plastic that was trash bag thickness from the ground and scrubbed/vacuumed the mold from the joists. They then cleaned up the space, sealed all vents so the crawl space is now air tight, installed a drain system connected to a sump pump, reinstalled new insulation and a 20mil (very thick) layer of plastic on the ground and installed a dehumidifier to keep the space at around 50% humidity and 65 degrees. The house itself will be cleaner (because admit it or not, crawl space air does make its way into the house) and warmer because before the the crawl space was open to the elements (open vents to allow flow through ventilation under the house) and would probably be close to the same temperature as what is outside (cold in the winter and warm in the summer) and the critters won't be able to get into the crawl space. The team did a great job and left the property as clean as when they arrived. Well done to the professionals who did all this work. I highly recommend them. EXCELLENT job by Home Services!!! Very responsive from owner Greg Reynolds from the first call to the assessment/estimate. Since they are so good, had to schedule 1+ month out, but showed up exactly when planned and completed with many additional crew arriving on last day to assist. The work crew removed all insulation in large crawl-space, treated mold on wood caused by HVAC and pipe leak (fixed separately), installed new vapor barrier and insulation, sealed outside vents, and installed dehumidifier. Great team-lead by Ricky and everyone was working hard until the job was done. Also great work from responsive front office (Tammy/Janeen) since dealing with insurance company, mortgage company, and lots of paperwork involved. We cannot express how incredibly thankful we are to have found Greg and Home Services. Shortly after moving into our new home, there was a roof leak that caused mold in our sons nursery. With having an infant, the word “mold” absolutely terrified me..to the point that I wanted to turn around and sell our new place. Greg came out for our initial assessment and his patience, understanding, honesty, and knowledge was enough to convince me to at least let them do their job and we would go from there. After that initial assessment, I called the office numerous times and asked so many questions to both Tammy and Janine, who were both so compassionate and empathetic to my concerns and high levels of anxiety. They both addressed all of my needs and concerns with the utmost respect and if they were not 100% sure of the answer, they contacted Greg and IMMEDIATELY called me back with the answer. Then comes Sean…the technician who actually preformed the remediation in our home. He was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable in what he does, he had the most respect for our home and the most patience with me as I asked him, literally 100 questions (multiple times!). He never once acted frustrated or bothered, just complete understanding and professionalism. He walked us through step by step the entire process, what he was doing, and what we could expect on each day he was working at our home. He worked non stop for three days straight. Finally, Greg came back out for the final air quality test. Once again, he explained exactly what he was doing and what we could expect, he answered my same questions over and over and he texted us the very next day, during off hours, to let us know that our results were in and that we would be getting a copy tomorrow but that it was absolutely safe for us to move back in. Greg, Sean, Janine, Tammy, and everyone at Home Services exhibited such an amazing level of professionalism, integrity, honesty, compassion, empathy and respect that this HIGHLY anxious momma is 110% comfortable bringing our 11 month old son back into our home knowing that he will be in a completely safe environment and breathing clean air. I used Home Services to do mold remediation in my crawl space. They preformed an inspection and gave me a complete explanation of what they thought was needed and a very reasonable cost quote.
