Called Happy Home Roofing to take a look at a leak in my roof. I suspected that it was sealing around a vent. After the appointment was set, the technician, Bill, was communicative and arrived to my home earlier than expected. He took the time to check the whole roof and found several other issues with the roof (home is only 3 years old and craftsmanship left something to be desired by builder). He took care of all of the issues for a very reasonable price and was finished in less than 2 hours. Extremely happy with the service and quality of work.

I had several shingles that were dislodged by a rain storm so I called Happy Home to come take a look. Bill came out and took care of the problem in short order. In addition he noticed a rubber collar around a vent pipe was badly deteriorated and in need of replacement. He brought this to my attention and replaced it immediately. Bill was very knowledgeable and provided great service. That what you want when you are protecting your primary asset, your home.

I contacted Happy Home Roofing regarding a piece of siding that had blown off my home. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The technician, Bill, contacted me 30 minutes before arrival. He was very professional, making the needed repair and communicating with me regarding some other potential issues that he discovered while onsite. Very thorough and responsive staff. We had a leak in our old Roof and A relative highly recommended happy home roofing, and we got them out to repair our roof… And I understand sometimes an old leak is not easy to find and ours was a tough one. It only leaked when we had rain and high winds so after the initial repair we had rain everything was fine but then we had Highwinds with rain and we noticed Our leak was still there and happy home roofing without hesitation, came back until the roof was completely fixed without additional charge. I personally know of other roofing companies with the same scenario would charge every time they returned to fix their repair. Happy homes roofing is old-school when it comes to standing by their job. I definitely would highly recommend them!

What a great experience! We noticed a little water leakage on the ceiling, so I went up into the attic to look around. I noticed where the leak was coming from, then began my search for who to fix this. I remembered a neighbor posting about their experience with Happy Home Roofing, so I gave them a call late one afternoon. Kim called me the next morning, she was very pleasant and we setup an appointment to have Bill come out 2 days later. Bill texted me the morning of our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way and an ETA. He arrived on time and was very professional and polite. After explaining the issue and where, he set off to investigate. Shortly after this, he came back to report his findings and offered immediate solutions and costs, which were way less than I anticipated. I gave the ok to fix the issues he identified and he got to work quickly. He explained what he did and showed me pictures of the trouble spots, and his corrective actions. Overall, we're very pleased with the quality of work Bill provided us. We will be using Happy Home Roofing exclusively for anything roofing related. This experience was amazing from the very beginning. Between being able to communicate with Kim through email and phone to Bill coming out and fixing our need within a matter of minutes! I was referred to Happy Home Roofing by a firm that was dealing with a mold issue that spiraled into so much more. We originally spoke with someone who wanted to wait until spring “when things warmed up,” and that long of a wait wasn't going to work for me. Bill showed up and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything to someone (me) who doesn’t know the first thing about roofing and chimneys, and the steps needed to make it so the water stayed on the outside of the house. After some very quick back and forth with the office (thanks Kim!), we were scheduled and ready to go. However, the weather had other plans. Given that Bill was working with mortar and doing some chimney work as well, the forty degree weather didn’t make it the best of days. But the next day, Bill was up there. What surprised me was when I heard a truck pulling into the driveway on Saturday. Bill was back to finish the job and wrap everything up. Thanks for the great work and finishing up so quickly. I was impressed from the moment Kim answered the phone until the completion of the project. My homeowners insurance (AllState) came up with every excuse to NOT approve my claim, so I was on my own for the repair.My initial fear was finding a local roofing service that would do actual roof repairs and not just “advertised” repair services in the hopes to sell/pressure you into a new roof. From the moment I explained to Kim my situation and repair needs, she didn't hesitate; explaining their repair process and what’s involved. She was able to schedule an initial review and estimate with in only a few days, while informing me that it’s quite possible their repairman (Mike) would likely be able to fix same day - well, I surely wasn’t expecting “same day” service due to what I thought would be a somewhat extensive repair.Mike showed up that Monday morning right on time as I was sitting on the roof waiting. Within maybe 10 mins of Mike accessing the situation and repair needs, he was confident in what it would take and the cost associated. Upon approval, Mike was already getting his tools prepared, the items he needed and was off to work. He even text me about 2 hours into the repair for an additional repair approval. I stopped by during my lunch break to check in and he was ALREADY finishing up.Mike is GREAT! He was efficient, knowledgable, professional and transparent - something so few companies provide anymore. Since the repair, we’ve had plenty of rain to test his craftsmanship - leak is gone! Kim even followed up with a confirmation phone call.I can’t thank Kim and Mike enough for their EXCELLENT SERVICE (and fair pricing). If and when I’m in the need for a new roof, I’ll be calling Happy Home Roofing!

I'll GLADLY be the 100th review of Happy Home Roofing! Happy Home Roofing was the first and only company I called for a roof repair and did I ever get lucky with my choice! Kim took my call and was very professional and even gave me a great deal for Bill to come and repair my roof. Bill arrived on time and was very personable and professional and greatly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. Not only did Bill repair my damaged roof, he took it a step further and inspected my skylight and vent caps and all the edges to make sure everything was in good shape. It was not something I asked for and I am greatly appreciative that he went above and beyond what he was there to do.
