Hired Modern Renovations to replace my roof. Due to recent storm damage it was an unexpected need but Wes and everyone at Modern Renovations was great to work with. They arranged to look at my property the same day I called and I had a new roof completely installed with in a week. Home repairs are never fun but Modern Renovations made the process as easy as possible. One of the best experiences I've had with any company. I can't thank them enough for there great customer service.

I was very pleased with Modern Renovations. They did my roof in Enola Pennsylvania early April 2020. I liked them because:- They did a very thorough initial consult.Sean was great to work with.- They were fast and well-prepared. Theirmethod is to assign a crew that sticks with you from beginning to end. Not multiple jobs at one time with a piece of yours done today and then a piece done days later. They were done in one day.I had the impression they were a dedicated tightknit group of workers. I enjoyed David, who took the lead, and appreciated the caring and concern he had for his men (in these trying times).The new roof looked great! The price was surprisingly more affordable than I expected – given the quotes I was getting from their competitors.As you can see, I highly recommend them!

I had my roof replaced a few days ago with them. From start to finish, they were a dream to work with. They gave me the best price estimate (by THOUSANDS cheaper than their competitors) and answered any and all questions I had. My roof looks beautiful and I’m happy knowing I got a great price on a great product from a wonderful company.

I paid them 16000 to redo my roof, I wanted it all the same way. They insisted that the roof over my porch be tar again as that was how everyone did it. I reluctantly agreed after everything said and done I'm still finding nails and shards of metal roofing in my yard. I had to call and complain several times about my front roof leaking even after they fixed it. Now theres no more leaks but my neighbor is having their roof redone and they now have a metal porch roof. All and all don't trust them and you trade quality of work for the time it takes to do it. They are worth 1.5 stars in my opinion.

I had hired Modern Renovations to install my new roof in Feb/2019. They did an amazing job. I salute Wes and Shawn!! They are friendly and awesome!! Thank you guys ya all rocks!!

Mordern renovations work was great love the looks of the roof , the only thing I didn’t like is the employees used my property has a personal bathroom. 10 employees going to the bathroom where I deer hunt is not cool.Service: Roof installation
