Peak Roofing installed a standing seam roof (over the winter and in a gap between a couple of snow storms no less!) over an existing older shingle roof that had seen better days. I've included a picture of the roof before and the house afterwards. It's like a totally new house, I love the look of it. Standing seam is more expensive and takes longer to install, but lasts even longer than a regular metal roof, and with no exposed fasteners will not need any maintenance going forward. I appreciate the excellent work the crew did. Pricing was very competitive vs other companies in the area. The only thing I'd ask is slightly better communication during the process to set my expectations and more realistic deadlines. Nevertheless, the finished product was worth every penny and Peak Roofing should be proud of the work they did here.
