I rent a townhouse that was flooded by a broken pipe under my kitchen sick. My first floor and basement were a mess. Crew Chief Donald Weller was great. We had Servpro in to remediate water damage from a leak. They came quickly and were right on time. They worked extremely fast to remove the water damaged drywall, insulation and carpet. They set up air movers and a dehumidifier and continued to check on the progress of drying out the framing that was wet. Very easy to deal with.Service: Water removal

We had a difficult situation with an HVAC company that caused 2 different H2O occurrences. It has been very stressful but Greg and Donnie came and promptly evaluated what needed to be done. Donnie, the Crew Chief, went above and beyond to complete the remediation. The office staff and service team are professional, knowledgeable and friendly at a time when it is sorely needed. Do not use this company. They came to my residence at 840 am for insulation cleanup they stayed 20 minutes stated that they did the job they came to do, and they tried charging me $487.22 that I refused to pay. I am an elderly handicapped man, I ended up having to call someone else to do the job. Save your time and money!
