My technician Kyle Cantner was great. He was professional, thorough and as promised he called a half hour prior to arriving. He even arrived an hour earlier than scheduled which allowed me extra time to take care of some other errands. This was my second time using Hydroclean and the service has been exceptional each time! The professionalism shown from the initial inquiry with a Wanda the customer service rep as well as Paige, to Devin the technician that gave estimates for the project, to James and David the two technicians that did the actual assignment, was exemplary and what made it even better was personable manner of everyone. The elimination of the past odor from past tenant was very noticeable the minute the job was almost completed. The look of the carpet, though still damp as it was just completed, is soo much better than the state is was left in. James and David did a fabulous job. RUINED OUR RUG. Don't use their services. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.We chose Hydro Clean to clean our very expensive rug based on their good reviews, and it is now completely shredded. When they first brought it back to us, mold had developed on one end of the rug, presumably because they did not dry it completely before rolling it back up and returning it.They eventually agreed to try and clean the rug again, and it took us months of calling and emailing numerous times to finally get it back. It is now falling apart and is completely useless.We have tried numerous times to communicate with management about compensation for the ruined rug, but have not been able to get a hold of them.This was one of the first purchases that we made for our first home, and we are incredibly disappointed.

Continuing customer for at least the 4th time. Best company for deep carpet cleaning. Carpets get clean without the harsh chemicals which is important for allergies and asthma. Techs are always very professional, polite, patient, and seem to generally care about the customers' needs. Just make sure that you point out all the spots you want removed. Would definitely hire them again.

Six star review. If I could I would. I Called yesterday at 515pm to see if they could help me with my clogged dryer vent. They offered competitive pricing and arrived at 820am this morning. Work was completed by 940am and everything was perfect. Including taping up my dryer vent with zero leaks. Amazing. Donovan deserves a raise!!!

Hydro Clean did it again!We use Hydro Clean for carpet and ventilation duct cleaning about every two years. The service has been consistently outstanding. This year the air duct cleaning service was performedby Donovan and William. They patiently and very professionally addressed all our questions, managed the equipment carefully around the house and completed the job on-time.Albin and Michael cleaned our carpets and entertainment room furniture. They paid careful attention to details, were very professional in their interactions with us and completed the job on-time. In addition, the customer service provided by Christina and Paige was outstanding. The online scheduling service is very convenient. Strongly recommend Hydro Clean.

All around great experience with Hydro Clean. Our technician, Travon, called ahead of his arrival to review arrival details, reviewed all cleaning services before starting and was very respectful of our home. Before leaving we were instructed on how to treat any spots that may reappear, leaving a small amount of spot remover and deodorizer, and reviewed the company's warranty. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Follow up call from the company was appreciated as well. Would highly recommend.

Their price is slightly more than what I previously shopped around for, but their cleaning comes with a warranty so it's worth it. Especially if you have kids or pets that may leave stains regularly. Would definitely recommend

Donovan and William was a pleasure to work with. Becauase this was my 1st experience having my vents cleaned I didn't know what questions to ask, however the young men made feel as though I was in good hands. I had the vents throughout my entire house cleaned along with dryer vent and something call A-coil cleaned. Didn't know anything about it until Donovan explained it, the service had my house smelling like lemons lol, and that was great!. Thanks young men for your service.

Edit: my carpets were still quite wet 12 hours later. Some were still damp 22 hours later despite running our house fan and the ceiling fans. The carpets were very clean but having to walk in them while still wet removes a star.Hydroclean did a great job! The tech, Albin, was very professional and efficient. All the teenager stains were removed from our carpet and area rugs. This is the second time we have use them and we would not hesitate to use them again.

The 2 technicians Travis and Bill were respectful, professional and explained how the work was going to be performed in detail. There was no damage to the house or vents and the team finished in a timely manner and all debris was cleaned from the house. Also when I called to schedule the service, Paige was very kind and explained the process and went above to provide documentation and set the appointment for service around my timeline that I requested. We had Hysroclean out to power wash the front of the house. They arrived on time and had it done quickly and efficiently.
