My 36 year-old kitchen needed a major overhaul. In May 2023, after seeing a Brothers tv commercial, I looked at reviews, checked the BBB and compared them with others in the area before making a decision to call. What finally sold me, after an initial consultation, was those in the Savage MD showroom as they patiently guided me through a selection process.The workers who came to my home were all professional, timely and clean.In addition, an assigned customer care person called each week to go over progress and assess my satisfaction.I’m extremely pleased with the results and have received many compliments from friends and family.

Brothers did a major kitchen and master bath remodel for us. I can’t recommend them enough! They kept us informed and brought in on every decision, both large and small, were extremely knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of the work. They were courteous and neatly cleaned up the work spaces, as well as sectioning them off from the rest of the house with plastic dividers. Finally, the project was completed on time and everything looks fabulous. A shout out to the Brothers team that helped us design the space to begin with; it turned out better than we could have imagined.

When I decided to remodel my bathroom, I got estimates from four companies. Brothers estimate was the highest, but I decided to go with Brothers because I was extremely impressed by their presentation. They provided me with a very detailed proposal. They do everything for you.I went to their showroom, where they assisted me in choosing items for the bathroom. Everything they helped me choose was perfectly coordinated. The crew who completed the remodel were very knowledgeable about everything. They were also very respectful of my home. Kelli was in frequent contact with me to make sure I was pleased with the progress of the work.They did an excellent job on my bathroom in the quality of the work and materials. If you are planning a remodel, and you get estimates, you might be tempted to go with a cheaper company, but you know what, you get what you pay for. In the long run, Brothers was cheaper than dealing with the other estimates. I am so thrilled with my bathroom.

We came home from vacation and noticed two different water stains on the ceiling of our master bathroom and the ceiling over our dryer. I called Brothers and an agent came out the very next day to see what was happening. After a thorough inspection of the attic he showed us where the two leaks were coming from. Thankfully it hadn’t been leaking long so there was no mold. He took a long time talking to us about the repair and showed us samples and options, there was NO pressure to make a decision but we picked our option and he submitted it. Within a couple days we were contacted and emailed a date for the replacement, we decided to replace the entire roof since it was 17 years old. Today the team showed up, led by Chris Leppo. Chris was excellent with going over what exactly was going to be done. Walking the front and back with me explaining how his team would tarp, do the entire project, clean up, and gave me his card in case I had any questions. They worked hard for hours. As they were finishing the roof it started to thunderstorm and yet they still cleaned up every single thing. They were extremely professional and we’re thrilled with the work. We made a down payment with the agent so just had the remaining balance due. I called the office and paid the balance and was told the warranty information would be mailed out to us tomorrow. We would definitely recommend Brothers Services to anyone looking for excellent quality and friendly service.

After putting off our roof for a couple years too long, we decided to finally just get it done. We hadn’t had great experiences with contractors, so we were a little worried about this larger project. We met with two companies before Brothers, and without going into detail, we were just as worried as when we started. We decided to try one more before choosing the “best of the worst”. As soon as we met Ryan, we could tell something was different. Ryan was the only one to get on the roof and in our attic. He spent time explaining the entire project and process to us, instead of spending all his time trying to “sell us”. We decided to hire Brothers, and from there on, everything was as great. The installation went great, and the clean up was even better. We spent a little more than the other estimates, but the other estimates simply were not offering the same project. Brothers was the best value by far, and we will never go anywhere else for our remodeling needs.

Excellent service, from the sales process with Mike (Residential Consultant) to the roof installation. Chris (field supervisor) took pictures before he moved our Christmas decorations and put them right where they were. The team did an excellent job cleaning up all the roofing debris and nails from my property. I am very pleased with Brother Services!

A neighbor’s trampoline catapulted into our house in the wind storm last night damaging a new downspout from our siding and rain gutter replacement project done by Brothers Services in November. Brothers Services recently did a partial remodel of my bathroom and their work was outstanding. They installed a new jetted tub and floor and it looks like a new house. They also identified a leak in another bathroom and corrected it. Then they repaired the living room and dining room ceilings which had been damaged from the leaks. Everyone from the person who wrote the initial contract to the people who did the work were very professional .I would highly recommend them.

The job was completed on time but the workers broke several limbs of my Flowering Dogwood tree, that's going to cost me $200.00. My attic fan that I told Chris I wanted to keep, was thrown away without my knowledge or authorization.When I brought all this to Chris's attention he just laughed it off and said there was nothing that could be done about it.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Brothers from initial sales contact through completion and cleanup on roof replacement project. Clear documentation around process and exactly what was included in scope. Showed up on time, first with project manager who went through explanation of exactly what would be happening. His arrival was closely followed by roofing team to begin ripoff and subsequently delivery of materials. This was a large, complex job and they were able to get completed in a single day. We would HIGHLY recommend for any future projects and wish we had tried them sooner for other projects that we have had done.

We had just moved into our house and was looking to get our bathtub redone. A gentleman came over and quoted us over 12k, not a big deal for some people but we were 9 months pregnant and just bought our house. Before the quote the gentleman was very nice, but after we told him no. He threw a temper tantrum and said to me “I guess you still want to rent then”. He made several comments about how we wouldn’t be able to use our bathroom. (We fixed it ourselves and are currently using it). I was alone in my house with this man being nine months pregnant and at this point felt super uncomfortable. I had to explain to him why we said no and had to repeat myself several times. This happened in May, but I only remembered since that kind man sent us a Christmas Card.

They couldn’t have made the process any easier and everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and clear about what they could do; and then did it. Brother's Services did a great job replacing my roof, skylights and installing more insulation. They arrived very early and stayed until near dark the first day. They cleaned up really well after the job was job. Chris made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left for the second day. This company sucks-unprofessional, sloppy, unreliable and no integrity. I do not have the time or energy to explain each incompetent and chaotic detail, it was a horrible experience beginning to end- beyond the initial consultation. Will never use again. I do not believe this company is trustworthy and they do not operate with any set of clearly defined reliable processes. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE.
