I highly recommend Roof Right. I found them in the green book on recommended roofing companies. Their team is very skilled and did excellent workmanship on my house with a fairly complex roof. They have a team member who inspects the work afterward (spent a couple hours inspecting and ensuring that everything was done properly). This person even added some additional touches to the siding where there was a gap the allowed rain to run inside by vinyl siding--an item that had nothing to do with the job. I appreciated that the salespeople did not use high pressure tactics and honestly advised on what work truly was need.I sought five quotes before I made the decision to use Roof Right. The pricing was mid range but I trusted this organization more and knew that some quotes offered lower quality technicians. (Note this company actually shares a brochure naming each worker and showing their photos. They desire to create a good working relationship.)The only reason I give four stars instead of five is due to some confusion when I added extra work--I chose to upgrade the work from replacing a couple sections of gutters to replacing all of them. When I signed the quote for the added work, I didn't notice that the discount applied was not the same as the original discount. They treated me as a "return customer" which offered a much smaller discount. While they were legally in the right (I signed the quote without looking closely at the discount), when the balance on the invoice was due, I inquired about the discount and received no reply. I would have appreciated a phone call or some type of answer even if they were unmoved in their decision to not apply the original discount.

Roof Right is wonderful to work with. I'm out of state and had to help my elderly mother make repairs. Roof Right communicated well with me and sent pictures along the way since I couldn't be there in person. They are very organized, responsive and do good work. Also reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

The honesty and reliability of this company is a rare find! They replaced our roof a while ago and did a fantastic job. They honored the warranty when we had a leak without us having to chase after them. They answer and come out in a very timely manner. They come back later to inspect that everything is working and done perfectly. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Went with this company because they were local and the project manager was a nice guy. A mistake. I’ve never had to call and email a company so many times about a job in my life. No communication within the company. I was sent invoices when the job wasn’t finished, first crew didn’t have supplies to finish job because they were not aware of all the damages. Had to call because they forgot about siding repair. Company did not show up when insurance company came to inspect roof. We were Very dissatisfied and disappointed. MANY people in the neighborhood were approved for new roofs with equal or less damage than our roof and we were only approved for repairs. None of the siding, shingles or fascia siding colors matched. Just a mistake to go with this company. 100% Will not use them again.

We had siding replaced on our dormer. Communication was very good thruout the quoting and work. Work was done professionally. One area of trim was not flush to the substructure resulting in a poor appearance from ground level. The issue was brought up during the job. The crew did not see the problem. Two weeks later Right Roof returned and addressed it.

Good Morning to all.Roof right has done another excellent upgrading of our home with new siding.Their installers were very friendly and I could see that they paid much attention to detail and quality of their work.Roof Right over the years has done much work on our home installing new roofing,windows and now new siding. When I came home the other night I thought I had pulled into the wrong driveway !In closing,Roof Right uses high quality materials. Their installers pay attention to detail and their pricing is in the moderate range.

We've had Roof Right to our home for two separate repairs, and I was very happy with the quality of work they did. So when it was time for a whole new roof, they were the only company we called. We might have paid a smidge more that our neighbors, but the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail--including the cleanup, and the excellent customer service from the estimate to the communication throughout the project was top-notch.Our roof has a lot of peaks and valleys, and it took the crew a very full day to get the job completed, but they came back the following day to ensure our yard and gardens were cleaned thoroughly. And after the job, the service continued with their warranty service. A small elbow off an upper rain gutter had come loose, and they were there promptly to replace it.Also, as the roof is a difficult place for most homeowners to inspect, Roof Right provided us with about four dozen photos from many angles all over the roof. We had a great experience from start to finish with RoofRight. We hired them to install a new roof, windows (including 3 very large custom windows), new exterior doors, gutters, soffits, and shutters. RoofRight committed to doing the job right, and to the highest quality and standards - and they absolutely delivered. We are very happy with the quality and perfection of the work completed. It's not often a service provider truly does what they say they are going to do - the folks at RoofRight are true professionals, and we are so happy we went with them for our exterior remodel!They were a little more expensive, but for good reason (attention to detail) and I would pay the extra again in a heartbeat - the entire process of install was smooth, the communication was always clear, the professionals showed up on time and completed their work to perfection. This was by far the largest project we've done on our house to date, and was also by far the LEAST stressful project because of RoofRight. Highly recommend!

Recently had some shingles lifting in high winds and Brad came out to assess and quickly fixed the problem. Also noticed some dry rotting caulk around vents and provided estimate to fox those as well. They were back out in a couple weeks and fixed those as well. Pricing was fair and quality of work great ! Will definitely use Roof Right Inc. again in the future.

I appreciate roof right coming out and replacing d e f e c t i v e shingles my only concern is roofers had to beat all the ice off of affected shingles to do replacement shingles which may cause premature damage to shingles that weren't replaced. Now waiting for warm days to make sure shingles lay down smooth. Overall I gave four stars, thank you.

Roof Right (RR) did a great job replacing my roof several years ago so I called for an estimate when my in-laws wanted to add roof vents for their bathrooms. Since my in-laws are 80ish in years I asked to be included in all correspondence, which RR accommodated. Within a few days they inspected the roof, attic, and provided an estimate. Scheduling was simple. RR arrived on time, were professional, and answered all of my questions. I really liked that the estimate, contract, and payments were all shared on-line and easy to navigate. I had to guide my father-in-law (FIL) through the on-line portion, common for senior parents with computers. I’m sure RR would have provided support over the phone if needed. A few days after the work was completed I assisted my FIL to make the final online payment, with no harassment from RR.
