Called and made appointment for an evaluation/estimate. Zach came out on 12/04/2023 as scheduled, no problem. Very professional and polite. Said he would get the estimate together within a day or two and send so i could look over and schedule the work. Even gave a rough price estimate in person before leaving so I'd have a rough idea which I appreciated. Waited about a week until rain was in the forecast, ended up contacting another company who had the work complete before I ever heard anything back from Zach. Never received an email. Unfortunate because I was ready to have the work done immediately once I received the estimate.

Wow, is all I can say.Our home was damaged by the storms that came through our area in Harford County back in March.We decide to quickly get a quote with Harford Roofing instead of one of the big roofing companies because not only do we believe in supporting local businesses but I actual met the owner at a networking event and I was very impressed with his knowledge and how personable he was. I did my homework and Harford Roofing reviews were stellar, so I called Shawn the owner and he promptly called me back and I quickly got on his calendar.He came to our home, arriving promptly, jumped up on the roof and did his investigation and then shared the results of what he saw. Not only was our roof damaged but a large section of our gutters.I told him we would be going thru our insurance Company and would need a quote. He promptly provided a quote. Which by the way was incredibly reasonable. I did my research.I wish I could say it ended there.We went back and forth with our insurance company for over 3 moths disputing what percentage of the roof needed to be done.Harford roofing shared we had damage numerous places and the whole roof should be done.The insurance company was saying only a portion of the roof needed to be done.During our dispute ,due to continuous storms we ended up with now water damage in our home.Long story short, Shawn not only came back to our home and sealed the roof from further water damage, he also made himself avaible to meet two inspectors. He used his expertise and knowledge to communicate with the inspectors and finally the insurance company decided to replace the entire roof.Shawn was patient, supportive and went over and beyond and also provide a company to repair the water damage in our house.Shawn's team showed up ready to go and they were incredibly friendly, professional and on a very hot day replaced our roof and gutters.They cleaned up and we could not be happier..Thank you Harford Roofing CompanyStacia KlineA+ HIGHLY RECOMMENDServices: Gutter repairs, Roof inspection, Roof installation

We sprung a leak in our front room near the bump out window. I have Harford Roofing a call and Zach came out to check it out. Zach was awesome, super friendly and helped us out with getting a temporary fix in place while we work out all the details for the larger projects. We hope to be doing our window and roofing with them soon and I'll update this once we do!

After waiting over three months for a different contractor (who promised to come on two different dates) to give us an estimate, we contacted Harford Roofing Services. Zach came out to our house the same day! We had a written estimate within a few days, and signed a contract with them. The proof of insurance (needed for our condominium) was quickly provided.The work (fascia replacement) was done about a week before the date quoted to us. The two workers were very friendly, helpful and polite. They actually worked all day - no sitting around and taking breaks (they took one quick break for lunch).At the end of the day/job, all debris was cleaned up and taken away. The two workers even "fluffed" through the bushes at the front of the house to make sure there was no debris caught in them!Harford Roofing Services is the only company we would use for any roofing work we might need to be done in the future.
