Ryan (Tap Remodeling) moved into a bad situation with another roofing company (rhymes ** told to remove due to liability issues by my wife**) that promised they could repair our roof, gutters/down spouts, siding, and gutter guards after a bad hailstorm and failed to deliver beyond repairing the roof tiles. May 2023: State Farm adjuster and ladder crew denied claim from April hail storm. Multiple homes in same neighborhood were already receiving new shingles from same hail storm and insured with SF.
