Bill is very knowledgeable and was wonderful to work with. We had a small leak in our kitchen last Sunday which was the result of the people who did our renovation cutting some corners on the work. We knew this would come up but of course a week before the holidays was not a great time. Called Bill on Monday, he was here Tuesday morning, gave a detailed and reasonable estimate, for what turned out to be a very minor fix, and the job was done by Friday. Dominion Roofing was one of three companies that bid on my roofing job, but Bill Fowler was the only one who observed specific problems created by out-of-date construction techniques and recommended a full solution. Bill worked with me graciously when delays in other work on my house and adverse spring weather required pushing back his schedule. His team ultimately performed all of the work (full roof and gutter tear-off and upgrade replacement and installation of new soffit venting) in a timely fashion. Bill also worked with me professionally to resolve an unexpected cost overrun resulting from the necessity of replacing severely rotted fascia boards. Prior to this job, Dominion Roofing had also promptly repaired leaks in a previous roof, and professionally rebuilt and reroofed a rotted and leaking porch roof. I am still delighted with the roof Bill installed back in 2017 and grateful to Bill for making the whole process much easier than I'd expected! Bill responded to all of my questions promptly and was particularly patient with my indecision about materials. We were delayed by weather and Bill apologetically kept me informed about the unavoidable changes in the schedule. The crew was spectacularly neat (special thanks for keeping the garden safe!) and worked late hours to complete the project as quickly as possible. I always want to use local businesses whenever I can, and I would recommend Dominion Roofing without hesitation.I can add a 2020 update to this with further thanks to Bill for dealing with my insurance company (not a pleasant experience) to repair damage to a shed roof caused by a neighbor's tree that dropped a huge branch through it. Bill came out to our house after we had a wind storm knock down trees on our roof. We had a lot of roofers come by and give us estimates. Bill was by far the most honest straight forward person we had met. He was very professional , he told us his opinion and stayed with in his original estimate. The quality and workmanship is amazing. He changed the whole look of our house with a new roof and gutters. The new gutters are great. The roof looks incredible. Dominion Roofing just complete a new roof installation on my home. Perfect!!Looks fantastic, the price was very reasonable, and dealing with Bill was a pleasure. He's incredibly responsive from job estimate to completion. And he's a stickler about cleanup, so you'd never know that a work crew had been there. Second time I've used Dominion. Hope I never need him for a third time, but certainly wouldn't hesitate to call Bill if I did.

Bill came out to our home the very next day after our initial call. He diagnosed the problem efficiently (we had 2 other companies come out- gutter and roofing- that could not properly identify the issues we were having with water leaking/overflow). He sent estimates for the repair cost (temporary fix) as well as the cost to completely replace the shingles with proper materials for the low slope roof we have that was most likely causing much of the issue (long term fix). His prices are competitive and honest. We opted to get the repair and replace the roofing material and then we got hit with snow storm after snow storm. As soon as the last storm moved out and enough melt had occurred, Bill was texting me to get the job done the very next day. He and his team came on a Friday and were done quickly, efficiently and didn’t leave a scrap of debris on my property. He followed up multiple times over the following week to ensure there were no water issues as it rained the day after the work was completed. I highly recommend their services.
