I would like to respond to Stephanie Portillo's review. We worked for Potomac Oaks the Mgmt., company through Ms. Debbie Flanders. We ordered her replacement windows which took 8 weeks for delivery. Once we received the windows, we were told by Potomac Oaks Mgmt., that Ms. Portillo was several months deliquent in her condo association fees and we were not permitted to install the windows until she paid her deliquent fees. We answered her call and informed her of the circumstances. Once the fee's were paid, we were told by Potomac Oaks we were given the approval to install the windows. Hope Ms. Portillo's has enjoyed the windows.
