We were impressed with Water Restoration & Mold Remediation solution speed of response and quality of workmanship. All of the staff we dealt with were professional, courteous, conscientious, and careful in executing their tasks. We were kept fully informed on the recovery process and timetable. Because of the nature of the property (condo) we unfortunately also had to contend with another restoration company brought in by others. The other company's workmanship was abysmal and communication about work plans and timetable were totally absent. The contrast with Water Restoration & Mold Remediation solution effort could not have been more dramatic

Water Restoration & Mold Remediation solution came promptly and provided a quote which was significantly lower than other quotes. He took the time to take the scariness out of mold by explaining things thoroughly and recommended only necessary work be done. The crew that came worked quickly and efficiently. They used appropriate safety measures and cleaned up the worksite perfectly when their work was finished. They dealt with follow-up questions that I had including a home visit. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would have no problem recommending them to anyone with a mold problem.

Responsive, On time and did a great job, My tank was leaking and water restoration checked all other components for proper and safe operation, He quoted me the job, then it took some extra effort due to other components needing some work, and they never added additional charge.

PSA: plz do not use this this company for any type of mold cleaning or removal because they tell you one thing over the phone and in person it’s a hole other storie .and the man that came to my home was very rude and disrespectful and inpatient with the hole process,being as tho they are a certified company they should have better people skills ,and when you ask for one service they do what they want just to get money out of you ,,and it’s also very unprofessional to contact a customer after business hours about information for the following day ,,,I just recommend people to have a man home when these people come out to service you because they have no respect for women what so ever ,,and the price went up 10 different times
