ARH did a great job and produced a beautiful deck, working under lousy weather conditions during the month of February. They committed to our schedule requirements, and met them by being on site every day, including a Saturday, from start to finish. They were sensitive to our concerns about removing and replacing our existing deck, which is surrounded by an extensive rose garden. No damage done, and in the spring our new deck looked great within our garden. I would recommend ARH to anyone.

We had an old deck that required constant maintenance and finally decided to upgrade with composite material. Contacted several companies for estimates. Garry from ARH was great.He took his time, listening to our ideas and answering our questions. We had about 8 different colors of deck materials we were trying to choose from. Garry went out to his truck and brought in another sample. His color ended up being our choice. ARH was able to startworking on our project in less than a week. The two guys who did the work ( Geo & Jorge) were amazing. The quality of their work was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project. We highly recommend ARH Decks.

The owner got back to me the next day after I submitted a request for an estimate. Gary made time to come out to assess the old deck, take measurements, and make his recommendation. He spoke frankly and explained the reasons behind his recommendations. The deck was in poor shape and could not be salvaged. Gary was easy to talk to and respectful. My wife and I liked the design and the materials that Gary recommended. The work was performed on time and as promised. The crew looked professional and were respectful of our property and neighbors. The hauled away all the debris and left the site clean and leveled. The new deck is sturdy, straight, quiet and beautiful. I had a concern about some of the boards on the floor and they came out and took care of it, no questions asked. I loved that Gary coordinated everything, was very responsive, took care of the permit and inspections. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Garry came by to do the initial estimate. He was on time, very professional, and personable. He clarified details other estimates glossed over and took the time to ensure we knew exactly what was going to happen next, the time frame, how much it would cost, and when payments were due.At the end, everything went according to the initial plan and the deck came out beautiful. Tony and his team were professional and responsive. Tony came out right away to provide a quote which was very competitive to other quotes we acquired for a new 12' x 24' deck. He even worked out the intricate details to connect to an existing landing/retaining wall we had completed ourselves the month prior. Tony's team got started with the deck as soon as they could get lumber (national lumber shortage was going on from COVID-19). Once started, the deck was completed within a week and looked great! We immediately began to enjoy time on our new deck and will continue to enjoy it for years to come. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the entire process and how everything turned out.

We hired Tony to build a 12' x 19' low-maintenance deck from composite material. He was great - very responsive to questions, straight up with reasonable pricing, and gave a clear explanation of how the final product would look. Tony's crew was a pleasure to work with, too. They were truly professional and happy to answer questions during the building process, which took less than 3 days. Tony came back himself to follow up on the job after it was finished in order to make sure we were fully satisfied, and we are! We are looking forward to enjoying lots of outdoor time on this great new deck throughout the summer and fall.

We used ARH decks to replace our old wooden deck with a new composite one. The entire process was completely stress-free. Gary, our sales consultant, was incredibly helpful and responsive from the time of our quote to the time construction was finished. He also followed up a few days after the deck was finished to make sure we were happy with anything. Gary went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure everything went smoothly. If I could give ARH Decks 10 stars I would! Professional, master craftsmen, timely, great communication, clean, exceptional value. These are a few of the ways I would describe Tony, Gary, and Brian. Brian and his crew built the deck. They did an amazing job. The materials we chose, with the help of Gary, look beautiful with the color of the home's siding. I had lights put on the caps of the railing and I am so glad I did. Tony talked to me about the best option, and suggested I go with the wired lighting as opposed to solar lighting. I paid a little more, but I know these lights will come on even if there was no sunlight during the day.I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend ARH Decks to anyone. They are true professionals. The one thing that stood out to me was Brian would text me every day he was on the job to let me know when he was coming, kept me informed if he was not going to be at the job site, and finished up ahead of schedule. Great company!!!

After researching multiple companies to build our back patio, we opted to go with ARH due to the positive reviews and our experience during the estimate process. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this company, overall, and would not recommend to anyone. The project took much longer to complete compared to the quoted time, with no major issues causing delays. We had consistent issues with communication and repairs, and two years later we are still having issues with repairs. Our roof over our patio leaks every time it rains and the cement patio has a hairline crack that is about six feet in length. The contractor who built the roof has been out several times to examine the leakage but has no idea where it’s coming from or how to fix it. He has tried caulking and replacing a part to no avail. The owner examined the crack and said give it a year to see if it gets bigger. A cement patio that is only a year old should not have any cracks at all. We were given a three year warranty, and yet no issues have been resolved during two years. The communication and responsiveness of this company is certainly not five stars.Services: Remodeling, Roof installation

Hired ARH decks to replace my roof, and I am very happy with the results. They were competitive on price compared to other quotes I got, worked with me on scheduling around removing my solar equipment, and completed the work when expected. The finished result looks great!The only small issue I had was I found a lot of nails on the ground after the install; I think they might have forgotten to do the magnetic sweep. When I contacted ARH Decks about this, they had someone out the very next day to take care of it. This is definitely a good company to work with. I'm really pleased with our new composite deck and our experience with ARH. First, the initial estimate I received was very competitive, and then Tony, the owner lowered it further after evaluating my existing frame and finding a way to use it without sacrificing safety or quality. On the job itself, Dave and his crew that did the work were very professional and easy to work with. Good people that clearly took pride in their work. When they found something on our existing frame that they weren't satisfied with, they used extra materials and labor to be extra cautious and make sure it was secure without raising my cost. Everyone at ARH was responsive. I'd definitely recommend them.

When I called ARH Decks for a quote, Garry showed up. He understood what we where looking for, went around back and took measurements for the quote. He gave me the quote and said “if we don’t get the job don’t let someone else put new decking on your old substructure. It’s not to code.”ARH got the job based solely on the experience we had with the salesman Garry. They started my project just when wet cold weather arrived. The men on the crew where awesome. They were friendly, polite and answered any questions that we had. Dave, the crew leader, is a very knowledgeable man and their work showed it. Our new deck is solid, rails and stairs are solid, beefy substructure and passed all inspections. I had to ask Dave to fix two issues and he did without hesitation.We had an outstanding experience with ARH in every aspect. We would highly recommend them for their services.
