You can choose a national company. You can choose a reputable company that’s owned by corporation or you can work with a local privately owned construction company to do your remodeling and that’s what I chose to do was use a privately owned business that did a magnificent job on my kitchen. I had my kitchen done, hardwood floors, cabinets, recess lights under cabinet lights and the prices was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone and if they like they can come look at mine because I am so proud of it, but I can’t believe that I got this job done for such a good price And they guarantee that work that’s what’s important anytime you have a problem. The owner will come by necessary and check it out and repair replaced so I couldn’t thought of a better choice and I’m so glad that I went with the Maryland reservations greatest thank you guys. You’ve been great and your company employees represent your company wellthank you again.

Chris and company did an amazing job on my new roof. Watching this team was like watching a concert… nobody missed a beat. They started the project the exact minute they said they would. The team worked like a fine tuned engine. Chris communicated with me several times a day prior to the project start day keeping me informed on the expected arrival of materials. They replaced the entire roof, including the damaged plywood, all in one day. They did an exceptionally good job including cleanup. I’ve known Chris since he was 12 years old and have had the pleasure of watching him grow into a fine young man. He now owns his own business. I couldn’t be more proud. My wife and I contracted Chris with Maryland Renovations and More to completely design and construct a brand new custom kitchen. From the beginning of the process till the end they fulfilled every request we could throw at them. Created a kitchen that we both love. The crew was willing to take on extra work we asked of them while doing what we contracted them. Soon after the earned a second contract from us. Complete bathroom renovation and repainting of over 70 percent of our home. Just sorry we've run out of projects at this time.
