Update: Received a call from Customer Service (CS) following my original review. There was a miscommunication between the crew and dispatch, which was under review. The team offered to reschedule the work into the future. Will try the company again in the future solely because of their customer service. Will re-rate after work is performed.OP: Don't waste your time. Their call center is quick to schedule a service for you but the service is not done on time. Crew didn't show up on the first schedule day. No call or warning. Second schedule day, crew shows up and only does half of the services but tags work as complete and submit invoices for payment. Call center apologizes and asks to reschedule. Good customer service but unreliable and untrustworthy crews.Originally scheduled dryer vent cleaning and gutter cleaning. Dryer vent work done. Gutter cleaning, the company's specialty, completely ignored

So far this has been a great experience. I say so far because it hasn’t rained yet and only a good had rain will tell. It was reasonable in price BUT, the workers did an excellent job in cleaning. I appreciate it when a company respects the property they maintain. I will use this company yearly if all goes well

I hired Ned Stevens last fall to clean my gutters they did a great job. They also installed a new gutter. They sent me a text to let me know that the crew was on the way. Once the crew arrived they rang the door bell to let me know they were starting the work. They completed the job and left a door knocker to let me know they had completed the job. I also like the fact that they send me an email to describe the work done. Also there prices are reasonable. I recommend them!

This was our first service with Ned Stevens - recommended by our son-in-law. We signed up for the 4/year service and look forward to working with them. The crew came and quickly and as quietly as they could (since they were working on the roof) cleaned the gutters. They left a debris bag by the curb and put the faucet protectors back on before they left. Everything was cleaned up.Of course they found an issue with the gutters and since we are new owners of the house we will check with the previous owner to see if she has had any work done. No pressure from them to give an answer on replacing the gutters and I liked that. I would recommend this company!

Setting up the service was pretty easy, and they were able to get to me within a very short period of time. I can’t see my gutters, but drainage seems to have improved. They were in and out in 30 minutes, really impressive.That’s where my good experience ended.I received about 3 phone calls a week asking me to review the service. Each time, I asked if they were recording the phone call and was told yes, they were. Maryland is a two party consent state, where both parties MUST agree that a phone call is able to be recorded. Reference the Maryland Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance act. I’m not even sure that it’s legal for them to record a call and not tell you.Every time, I told them that I didn’t want to be recorded. The conversation ended…. And then I’d get the same phone call a few days later.The service was good, but the actions after were extremely off putting. I don’t enjoy being harassed for a review. And I don’t appreciate being recorded without my consent.I’m not using these guys again.

They came at a convenient time. They were very polite, friendly, and efficient. Of course I can't examine their work, nevertheless, I am confident that they did a good job; it's just the way they were. They left two large bags full of debris at the end of our driveway; I would have appreciated had that been removed, but when we contracted for the work, nothing was said about that. I didn't think of it, and didn't request it. I cannot and do not fault them for that. I understand from calling Ned's that they would send someone to pick it up if I asked. I have no idea whether there would be a charge for that. Overall, I am quite satisfied and will use them in the future.

I called Sunday April 7th and set up a gutter cleaning on a home I am selling. It had to be done quickly because of a VA lender inspection for the buyer. the rep, believed it could be done by Tuesday. On Tuesday it was determined by the new rep on the phone that a premium fee, another $160 would insure that by Thursday it would be done. Why didn't Sunday rep offer a premium service at an extra charge up front? Job was done. Quality was very good, process needs refinement when time is of the essence.

Ned Stevens did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters and dryer vent. However, the workers did not speak English. It did not affect their performance at all. It just would have been nice to hold a conversation. Work was completed promptly and they left without a word.

These pictures were taken same day after their crew supposedly performed a “complete” cleaning. Leaves and debris remained in the gutter. I waited over a week after contacting them before posted this review due to no response received.Do not recommend.

My husband and I were quite pleased with the service provided by the Ned Stevens crew. Those with whom I spoke to discuss and schedule our gutter cleaning and repair were professional and provided timely documents. Our neighbor saw the truck and asked if "they did a good job". As a result of our referral, we received the $50 discount and plan to engage Ned Stevens for our exterior window cleaning.

They are efficient in cleaning the gutters and picking up the debris. I am glad I was there to see one of my gutters, along the wall, leaking water. I called them and reminded them about it. I gave them 5 stars because their service is good. They came back and fixed the leak at no additional cost to me. I will use them again.

Never again. They had me sign up for yearly service. Want to cancel. Broke the flower buds and bleached around the house and smell everywhere. Still stain on the wall. Not fully cleaned. Could have paid much less for better quality job.Services: Power/pressure washing, Rooftop/skylight cleaning

It took the workers 30 minutes or less to complete the services . I would have appreciated it more if photos were provided to me for the additional services I was told that are needed for my 2 floor level gutter and the mold on the roof as well. Overall, there are no real complaints so far. The cost was affordable as well.

My first experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning confirmed what I read from their website and from the reviews. My first contact was by phone with Samantha who listened with courtesy to my several concerns and then clearly and thoroughly explained how Ned Stevens could address each one. The crew that performed the service arrived on time. They were professional, respectful of me and my property and they completed what needed to be done in a timely manner.I'm an engineer and do some basic DIY work. I highly recommend Ned Stevens.

Great experience. Scheduling was super easy, fast and estimates are upfront. Can see 1st level gutters from 2nd story window(s) and all are very clean, gutters working well during recent rain. Zero mess left behind... except for door sign, could not tell anyone had been in yard or on roof. Highly recommend

Very impressed w the responsive nature of Ned's dryer vent and gutter cleaning crews. Work was done fastidiously. Our dryer works better, and a short "gully washer" rain storm today proved the gutters ran great. Glad we contracted for scheduled service!

The gutter cleaning crew came sooner than the time frame we had been led to expect when we set up the job, which I appreciate. However, about ten minutes after the crew arrived, I went out to check on the job they were doing, and they were already gone! How they were able to finish the gutters on both sides of our roof, plus those along the three sides of the front porch roof in that short a time, I have no idea. Also, they did not do a great job of cleaning up. $164 for less than ten minutes' work, with a shoddy job of clean-up is WAY overpriced! We will most likely not be using Ned Stevens again.

Gutter cleaning is great but every so often they continue to raise their prices and charge me additional fees even though we have a contract for what my price is supposed to be. I've called them several times and they say they will honor the price but next time they clean my gutters, there's a price increase. I will have to get a new gutter cleaning service because I'm tired of contacting them about them not honoring their contract agreement.

I was not expecting such immediate service (I was told the following week was available). I was awakened early, greeted by two very courteous and professional employees. Carlos explained the issue found and the steps taken to remedy it. I am very satisfied with the result. I will definitely call again for future service.

Initially booked a 5" gutter installation with fascia board replacements as needed. I called back about an hour later and requested an upgrade to 6" gutters since I have a very steep roof. I was quoted a service range of 2-3 weeks but the installers showed up the next day! The seamless gutters were fabricated on-site. The installers did great work and cleaned up/hauled away the old gutters and debris. The new gutters were put to the test the very next day when there was a downpour and rain on/off all day. I am happy to report no water got into the house!

The guys arrived swiftly and went right to work! What was that sound up on my roof! Too early for reindeer or Santa and sleigh!
