Mallard exteriors did a wonderful job. They gave us a very reasonable price. They came out quickly & were very nice,friendly & knowledgeable. They got the work done quickly while doing a beautiful job. They were Professional & we would use them again & recommend them highly. The pictures don't show how bad it looked but it looks beautiful now. Every time Mom or I go out to the Gazebo or drive past we say how nice it looks.

Jeff was phenomenal! Replaced our damaged roof quickly and did a fantastic job! He also replaced some siding that was damaged and a few other things that he noticed when on site. I’ve never posted a review of anything in my life but I feel obligated to mention my experience with Mallard Exteriors in OCMD. Jeff repaired/replaced a roof cap on a small bayside beach home. Other companies wanted to replace the entire roof. The repair was reasonably priced and completed in a timely manner. Jeff and his wife treated us more like friends than customers. I must publicly thank Jeff at Mallard Exteriors! From my first contact, he and his staff were always very responsive and professional. I've been searching for a few years to find someone that could help with a difficult exterior railing retrofit on my 6 unit condo at the shore. When we had some siding damage from a storm last year, I reached out to Mallard Exteriors for a quote on the siding. When Jeff arrived to talk about the siding repairs, I asked him about the rails too, which he was interested to discuss. Jeff always answered his phone and was early for every meeting that we scheduled. He and his crew did an excellent job with our project at a very reasonable price. Also, our job site was always very well maintained, which our full time resident greatly appreciated! I will be calling Mallard Exteriors again soon when it is time to replace our aging windows and sliding doors on our condo building! Thanks Jeff!

Mallard did a great job installing an attic ventilation fan that I purchased, Jeff was prompt in scheduling my installation in spite of the threat of inclement weather. Installers Lee and Johnnie were polite, personable and professional. I will not hesitate to call Mallard again for any exterior work that I may need from roofing, siding and anything in between.
