I regret using them and should have picked another company from the list my insurance company gave me. Never completed the job and left a mess. My impression is this company is only interested in their own revenue not helping the customer. Numerous telephone calls, even to the main office do not help.Services: Remodeling, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

After a fire in the ceiling of a bathroom, my insurance estimator suggested I work with them because she does all of the time. I was hesitant because a few years ago they had removed water damage from my foyer ceiling and never returned to patch the hole. Well, they did it again - tore out the damaged ceiling and left. I had to find someone else to come patch the hole and paint the bathroom. Additionally, they never seemed able to match their price to the insurance estimators.
