Roof shingles blowing off regularly. Warranty only 2 years on install. We are 4 years in and have to replace the whole roof due to incorrect installation. Ridge vent done incorrectly, nails straight through the shingles, leaving holes as well as nothing holding the shingle in place. Shingles covered for 30 years but because the installation was incorrect that warranty is void. Brand new house needs a new roof.
