After having quotes from other roofing companies, this one came in 1st with great prices, a thorough inspection, and quality work. The best part of my experience was the Debbie. Update 6/23/2021: There was a small issue with the dryer vent cap on the roof (needed a bigger vent cap for ventilation) and Four Seasons was on site the next day to assess and correct. You definitely don't have to worry about this company not showing up after the job is complete to fix something. Wonderful customer service from Debbie, Heather and Vasili.The team at Four Seasons Roofing did a phenomenal job with my roof tear-off and replacement. It was a big job. I had an excellent experience with Four Seasons Roofing. Recently, the paint on the walls of the top floor of my home started to crack, and I had a huge water spot in the ceiling of my master bathroom so I knew it was time to replace my roof. Upon reading their reviews, I reached out to Four Seasons Roofing and got a very reasonable quote to get the job done. Their customer service was excellent, and they walked me through the process to ensure quality and satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with four Seasons Roofing. I initially had 4 skylights that I needed to replace because they were leaking and I had three roofing companies come out to take a look and give me a quote. Four seasons was the easiest to work with right away and were quick to come out and look at the skylights and my roof as a whole. They had the best quote and came out to do the work as well as making some simple repairs on other parts of the roof. Their workers were polite and did great work and the supervisor was very present and put up with all of my questions. The job turned out perfectly and I referred them to my neighbors who used them for a skylight repair as well and it turned out great.When a tree hit our house this spring damaging the roof and the siding, Four Seasons was my first call, they were on the roof inspecting the damage the NEXT DAY and were able to give me a good feeling on the condition of the roof and what type of repairs had to be done.Thankfully they do siding work as well so I had them come out to do the roof repair and worked with them to set up the siding replacement. They gave me great insight and worked directly/easily with my insurance to make sure Insurance understood what it was going to take to get it done properly. We ended up replacing the siding on the entire house and it turned out great. When the crew started pulling up the old siding they found numerous issues that they were quick to rectify and made sure our house was set from here on out. Throughout this whole process they were very involved and put me at ease, and continued to work seamlessly with my insurance to ensure we were getting the best coverage.I rarely write reviews but I am very thankful for finding Four Seasons because they took on large projects on our home, did a GREAT job, the supervisors were present/responsive and put up with me and all my questions, and their front office/admin staff have been a joy to work with. I received interim status updates from the project manager during the installation to let me know the contractor status. My experience with getting my contract completed and patience on insurance payout was very nice. The representatives in the office were very helpful and provided assistance whenever needed. As this was COVID, the contractors provided a safe environment using protection as well as safety measures to prevent any damage to my home and my neighbors property.This is a very professional and reasonable roofing company that provided me with the services I needed at a reasonable cost during this time. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Four Seasons. I had my roof replaced due to storm damage. Shawn did a great job in providing a fair estimate, then came back a second time to meet the adjuster, and worked with my insurance company to get my claim approved. Debbie in the office was great to work with regarding all paperwork and approvals. She provided everything quickly, and answered any questions I had. The day of the job Chris and his crew arrived on time, were completely professional, and did a great job. I couldn't believe they finished so fast. When they left, there wasn't a trace of garbage or old roofing material left behind. It was like they were never here. My new roof looks great! I will definitely be using them again for any of my home improvement needs.

We had to have our roof replaced as a result of wind damage. Apparently, the roofs in my community were not built with the best-quality tiles. Several of my neighbors had used Four Season and recommended them highly. Before we called them, we read on-line reviews that held them in high regard. Our experience was VERY POSITIVE. Shawn, the consultant, came out for the initial visit, and our interaction was very good and informative. They worked well with our insurance company and were very fair.When time came for the actual work to be done, the team arrived early that morning and got started. They had replaced the entire roof before sundown, so they were fast and efficient. Since then, we’ve recommended Four Seasons to at least one of our neighbors who’s needed some roofing work done. I contacted Four Seasons Roofing when I first moved into my home and the skylight was leaking. Called Four Seasons Roofing, Shawn did a thorough exam inside and was prepared w/his ladder and did a through inspection of my roof. He took pictures & showed me the problem areas. Another company I had contacted did not even inspect the roof they looked at the skylight from inside & recommended a complete replacement. I reached out to Four Seasons Roofing because my roof was 28 years old and needed to be replaced. I met with Shawn initially who was extremely friendly and able to get an estimate quickly. After scheduling my roof replacement, I had some issues with the HOA which took a few weeks, all the while Danielle and Debbie at the office were extremely patient with the entire process! They were able to explain everything to me and answer all the questions I threw at them! On the day of the install, I had the pleasure to work with the PM (Chris) who was equally as professional, friendly and knowledgeable as everyone else I had dealt with already. Their team of installers were excellent! Their workmanship definately showed! At the end of the job, Chris went into detail explaining everything that had been done and showed me before and after pictures. Thanks again to the entire team at Four Seasons! I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing! I routinely post about them when people ask for roofer recommendations. We had a history of roof leaks on our 50 year old Cape Cod, and had tried with three different companies to resolve the issues without success. After our roof was further damaged by a tree, we decided to replace the entire roof, but knew that there were underlying issues that needed to be addressed as well. Also, we knew we had issues with gutter placement, runoff, and pooling. I was upfront with 4 Seasons about my concerns and wanted to be sure they were up for following through till I was completely satisfied. They said they were, so on we went. I am here to tell you that I am not easy to please, and will not tolerate a less than completely professional job. They did both magnificently!By the time they were finished, not only did we have a beautiful new 25 yr roof, but we also had a resolution of every issue that I had. Our gutters were hung well, were adequate to the job, and had sufficient tie-ins and drain spouts to manage load. More importantly, they came back multiple times to address rain sheeting that overshot the gutters, corners that overran against the house, and areas that needed barriers placed to direct the flow of rain. To be clear, this means I sent them videos after the job was complete about concerns that I had. Each time they responded professionally and came out to take additional steps to address my concerns. Their professionalism did not wane, nor did they get frustrated until I was 100% satisfied. I would not use anyone else for any roofing job. They may be Four Seasons, but they are FIVE STAR!

I just have to say this is the most professional business we have dealt with in many years. From the day I called Four Seasons Roofing to find out if they came to the eastern shore. When I explained I couldn't get anyone to show up just to give us a bid. I was told they would come here to give us a bid it's a 2 hour drive. Chris showed up as scheduled gave us a bid within a couple of weeks our roof is done. Debbie in the office was always so helpful with any questions we had. The day they did our roof they showed up on time and completed in one day. Alex was wonderful to work with. Ran into a few things unexpected that day, Alex explained and showed us what needed to be done before he did it. My entire experience was beyond excellent Sonny was the gentlemen who came out initially he was amazing he was patient did a thorough review of what was needed and a clear explanation. He answered all of my questions and was not pushy. I was indecisive so for a few days we went back and forth for the color. I had to get approval from my Home Owners Association. When we decided on the install date the night before they neatly placed some of the supplies under my bushes. Install day they were here and started at the exact time promised. I got 3 estimates for the replacement of my roof and Four Seasons by far had the most reasonable estimate. They had a variety of roofing options and payment plans. The guy who came out to my home gave tons of info and wasn't pushy. My entire roof was removed and replaced in one day. I rarely write reviews but it is a pleasure to write this review about Four Seasons Roofing in Owings Mills, MD. My wife and I were looking for a small local business with an excellent reputation and a personal touch. Four Seasons Roofing exceeded our expectations. We researched roofing companies through the shingle manufacturers’ websites, Angi/Home Advisors and the Better Business Bureau. Four Seasons Roofing cleared those hurdles. But it was Four Seasons Roofing’s numerous positive customer reviews that clearly set them apart. My wife and I first met with Shawn Royston (Consulting and Project Manager) who stepped us through the process of replacing our current roof with a new Owens Corning Duration roof and installing two new Velux skylights. We had many questions for Shawn which he patiently and kindly answered. His knowledge base and years of experience in the field were evident. Shawn described what he found after he walked our roof. He also spoke to us about Four Seasons Roofing’s work ethic and their personalized customer approach. Shawn created a written estimate for us which was very detailed in terms of the roofing and skylight products that would be used as well as the preparation (e.g. tarps) and clean-up procedures that would occur. When we asked for certain changes in the contract, Shawn promptly replied and worked with us to make sure that the final contract met our needs. We received written estimates from two other local and well-regarded roofing companies. Four Seasons Roofing’s estimate was far and away the most comprehensive and their pricing was significantly lower than their competitors. Shawn gave us his personal cell phone number and then he put us in touch with Four Seasons Roofing’s Office Manager, Debbie Dewan. Debbie was simply outstanding to work with. Debbie scheduled our roofing/skylight installation, thoroughly explained what would occur on the day of installation, emailed us the documents we would need and gave us information about payment options. Debbie responded to our inquiries and handled all of our arrangements in a prompt and courteous manner. Debbie told us that Chris Harting (Consulting and Project Manager) would be on-site during the installation and she gave us Chris’ cell phone number. On the day of installation, the work crew showed up promptly at 7:00 am and were courteous and extremely professional. Chris showed up earlier than that (6:45 am) and walked the property with me. He explained in great detail each step that would occur in putting on the new roof, in preparing and protecting the house and all clean-up procedures. Chris kept me constantly informed throughout the 2-day installation. He answered all of my questions and concerns in an expert, kind and professional manner. Chris took numerous pictures during the installation process which Four Seasons Roofing shared with us. In working with Four Seasons Roofing, there was never an attempt to up-sell or to add additional costs to the project either before or on the day of installation. I hired Four Seasons to replace the duradek roof on my condo building. We interviewed 5 other roofers and Four Seasons was by far the best choice. Most professional and easiest to communicate with. The entire process was fantastic from start to finish, they were respectful of all unit owners and their belongings that needed shifted around the area, they communicated consistently throughout the process, and ultimately delivered exactly as expected and on budget. The timing did take longer than originally expected, but that was due to some weather delays that were unpredictable.
