SHOULD'VE STAYED AWAY from Kairos. $60K job and problems from day one, literally. The day after providing a deposit, they changed our kitchen design. Multiple contract issues: No start/end dates (no project schedule) ; No itemized costs (denied our requests); No warranty language. Damage to property, inside and out (some repaired, some replaced, some ignored). Office and field staff rarely communicate details (mixed messages to customer). Understaffed, so crews rotate jobs randomly (leaving tasks unfinished). They accept more jobs than they can handle, details get missed or confused (preventable delays when ordering materials). Short notice of upcoming work (the night before). Very little supervision of subcontractors caused EVERYTHING they attempted, to be redone at least once (took three different subs. to paint a wood banister). Subs. don't follow manufacturer specs for installation (causing rework and delays). Multiple requests to NOT use a specific sub. were ignored (causing repeated damage to nearby areas). Had a great experience from the design/rendering to the delivery. Although I had my own contractors, I used Kairo's for design of my kitchen and the cabinet order. They were professional, communicable and responsive from start to finish.Service: Kitchen design

Glad everyone else had a great experience. Won't go into details, but we have to live with the loose cabinets, having to open the the oven to open a drawer. Got refunded some money . only to have it tacked on to the waste roll on. Cracked grout, eyeballs tile cuts, and eyeballed handles. Grout materials poured down the drain. I had to also fix some things on my own. They came and took before and during photos. Nobody came back to take finishing photos. Decided to wait, but after a couple years still not happy. Oh yeah the plumbing under the sink has been a nightmare. We had to get a tray because the pipes would come apart. Ended up buying fusion tape to had it together. The garbage disposal also wasn't hooked up right I had to do that also. The knew ledge was crooked and badly grouted.Wife wanted to go with the cheapest option. I wanted stained cabinets and she got talked into painted. We will probably have to have these replaced or resurfaced in the future.Been a few years boss. We weren't going to leave a review, but a review was needed. I will say the floor was done excellently.Services: Install flooring, Kitchen cabinet installation

If I could rate zero stars I would. I contacted this company on July 25, 2023 for an estimate. The day of my appointment I was contacted by the dispatch 45 mins before my scheduled appointment and was told that the technician was double booked and had to reschedule my appointment. Already frustrated and getting off to a bad start I decided to give this company, the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to reschedule the appointment.When the technician finally came, they assessed the area and told me that someone would get back to me with an estimate the next day. Four days went by and I did not hear anything. I reached out via email and corresponded with Juan who assured me that someone would come out on Wednesday August 2 to check my outside window and give me a proper estimate for the entire job. One whole week went by still no follow and I’m not 100% sure if the contractor actually came as scheduled on August 2. I contacted this company on August 9 via email expressing my frustration and I have still have not received a response or follow up in regards to the repairs.I did not use this company for my repairs, however, from the correspondence, lack of professionalism and follow up. I would never use this company or recommend to others. Save yourself time and money, and look elsewhere!

The contractors were very professional and respectful of our home. They used drop cloth to protect our flooring and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project managers kept us informed throughout the process. When there were unexpected delays, they made us aware as soon as possible. The quality of their work is second to none. Kairos really embodies the core components one wants in a home improvement contractor: a high level of trustworthiness, craftsmanship, and project management. The team is quick without sacrificing quality/attention to detail: within a month, my full-bath, half-bath, and kitchen had undergone demolition and a full remodel. Mynor did a great job managing the project, is very knowledgeable, and offered valuable design feedback to make my vision functional and sleek. I contracted with Kairos to renovate my primary and main bathrooms. The floors, tiles, vanities, fixtures, toilets, tubs, etc. in each bathroom were replaced. Although there were some bumps along the way, the owner and the customer satisfaction representative were responsive to my concerns. Both were onsite several times. They were unfailingly respectful to me. Both bathrooms are gorgeous. Kairos Home Improvement performed a complete tear down and rebuild of our front porch and roof along with a complete gutting and remodel of our kitchen, kitchen roof replacement and structural repairs to our 100 year old house. Of course lots of unexpected bumps along the way but Mynor and his team came up with good solutions and repairs we trusted. I contacted Kairos Home Improvement through their social media engagement and received a response within 1-2 days. That alone is amazing as it’s sometimes difficult to effectively integrate social media into family owned businesses. Outside of their responsiveness, the professionalism the owner exhibited at my home was unmatched... yes the owner himself came to give me a quote and even other suggestions as I was preparing to sell my home.Going even further than that, he took the time to explain everything they would do, why some of the repairs I had done in the past (which by then needed to be done over) were failing AND he talked to me about other areas in the state to look for new homes (my wife and I were still searching). I can’t express how genuine and personable the interaction alone was but trust me...a great experience overall.Oh yeah! the work itself was excellent and efficient. The repairs were done extremely well and you wouldn’t even know there was a problem to begin with. 20/10, 10 stars out of 5 stars I fully recommend... Words can’t explain how happy me and my wife are right now!! We were on the fence on buying a new home for like 2 years so we finally decided to remodel the whole home that we currently live in. So from early Jan. To the end of March We interviewed 7 contractors in total some good on the surface and most were horrible that’s all I’ll say about that! However when I initially set up the Estimate with Kairos Home Improvement and I spoke with Mynors (Owner) wife over the phone and that was the best experience by far! We was already sold! Fast forward to the estimate we set up with them and they were the 7th and last Contractor to come in and Gezzzzz Mynor and Juan came in and pitched a shutout! We felt like we knew them for 20yrs and they knew what they were doing ! They got the estimate back to us in I think a day or two hell we signed right away! No doubt the best decision! This is a family company and it shows there daughter is very nice as well ! We’re just totally impressed with everything so far from top to bottom. Fast forward to April 12th our start date 8AM. Wow! They were on site around 7:30AM/7:45AM already working! April 12th Gutted 2 bathrooms and closed them back up with sheet rock, removed carpet brought in new doors, new tub I’m missing some stuff but fast forward April 13th Completed the plumbing we had another plumbing issue and they fixed that as well Wow! Recessed lighting in 3 bedrooms light fixtures in 2 bathrooms they got the niche in the shower already installed exhaust fan tub installed recessed lighting in the dining room I know I’m missing some stuff but they are fast as hell and doing it without compromising the quality of work that we are looking for and Mynor promised and he’s delivering 100+% If you are looking for a contractor well a real contractor that really cares and is not out to just line there pockets it’s best that you call Kairos Home Improvement not today but yesterday!
