We love our new gutters from Peak! Ryan explained all of the available options in a no-pressure way, and helped us come up with a great solution that worked for our budget. We're so happy with the clean look of seamless gutters, and the professional-looking leaf guard. We used to have to climb up to the roof twice a year to clean them out, and we're looking forward to a lot less maintenance. The installers were very professional, quiet, and tidy. I was also impressed by the follow-up visit from the quality assurance manager who inspected the job and made sure that we were satisfied. We'll be sure to talk to Peak the next time we have remodeling to do!

The windows of my entire house were replaced by Peak Custom remodeling and from the sales person, the one who came for measurements, the installers were very professional. The installers were very efficient making sure they were not on my way while I took care of my granddaughters. They did the top floor the first day, and the first floor the second day. They left the area where they worked clean inside and outside. Picked up old windows the same day they replaced them. Even though these windows are so new, I haven’t seen any fog on them yet and they look so nice in my house. I should add that for 30 years I was getting water in my basement from the front of the house whenever it rained and we had some rain the other day and I did not see any after the front windows were installed. Great job done by the installers. Thank you Peak Custom Remodeling.

We engaged Peak on a very large project that included all new windows, house siding replaced with Hardie Board to include all trim, soffits and gutters, a portico, a new front door (single door converted to double doors), and hard-scaping (front porch, steps and sidewalk.) Howard Wilt was our main point of contact. We liked Howard immediately. He understood that schedule was important to us. He laid out the planned schedule to include when supplies would be delivered and when various teams would begin their work. Howard recognized that we did not want a "feel good" schedule that would be subject to delay after delay. He provided a realistic schedule that included the right amount of slack. Based on his experience he understood the idiosyncrasies of the manufacturers/suppliers, when their dates were reliable and factored that into the schedule he gave us. As a result, we were very happy with Peak's performance to schedule. Throughout the process, Howard emphasized that we should call him whenever we had a concern or question - and we had many questions. He was extremely responsive to both texts and calls. If he did not know the answer immediately he would do research and provide a timely response. Howard stopped by every few days to check on progress and make sure we were happy. A few times Howard observed things that he questioned - it could be as simple as the width of window trim or the placement of a light switch. He would direct the trades person to change their approach or fix the result that he questioned, each time to our immense satisfaction. We want to especially note the outstanding work of the siding team. They were meticulous in their work and very dedicated. They worked long hours (8am-6pm) and even asked us if they could work weekends. The exceptional, quality job the siding team did has been noted by other trades professionals (we are now having a deck/3 season room built) who commented on the quality of the work (unsolicited by us.) We have also had numerous compliments from our neighbors. To wrap up - Howard's honesty, communications skills and attention to detail, combined with the quality of the different trades people involved in the remodeling project has resulted in Peak exceeding our expectations. Peak did an excellent job. Our house looks great and with the fullback option on the siding the exterior noise decreased greatly inside the house. This is something that was not mentioned but was a bonus.

First, they have an extremely hard sell hour plus long presentation you have to go through, which of course includes a "sign today save thousands" bonus pricing. (Which still was not cheap by any means). The owners of the company have a marketing background and it definitely shows in the exhaustive presentation. They did come and install a replacement window and door for us as contracted. Installers were polite and clean up was thorough, however there were some issues with a poor caulk job and possibly incorrect installation of the window that I'm still waiting to hear back from them to resolve. Maybe this review will expedite their response to me....

Peak provided quality service and did an excellent job, from start to finish, on my siding installation project. While the initial pricing required some negotiation, everything was smooth thereafter. The installation crew was prompt, thorough, paid attention to detail, and left the property clean at the finish. There was also good follow-up to ensure satisfaction with the project. Overall, highly recommended!

The salesman-- Aaron-- was excellent at understanding who I am as a customer. I am no frills, low-maintenance, and not at all savvy about home projects. He got to know me as a person and tailored the sales pitch to what I needed to hear. I was in no hurry to get the job done and everything moved at a perfect pace. I was very impressed with the crew who did the siding work. I left snacks and drinks out for them each day and there was never a speck of trash or litter in my yard. That right there was enough for me to know that this was a high-quality team. The end result of my siding project is gorgeous! My house was built 3 years before I was born and had the original asbestos siding in place. This was removed and new siding went up. My house looks SO much better now! Everyone I worked with was great-- Aaron, Javi, Edgar, the entire crew who climbed on ladders and did the work of putting up the siding, and Howard was great at addressing the final touches and answering my questions. Great job!

From beginning to end the whole experience was amazing. They found financing for our project which made it so easy. Everyone involved was so awesome and let’s talk about fast 2 1/2 days and in the snow. Even had to return on a Saturday morning to complete a little section that was not accessible due to snow. I would recommend using them to anyone interested in having a project completed at your home.

Extremely satisfied with our roof replacement through Peak Custom Remodeling. Sought 3 estimates and while pricing was, initially, nearly the same, PCR's customer service and eagerness to work within our budget kept them as the top choice.We appreciated that they were not overly aggressive with their salesmanship and allowed time for us to make an informed decision. PCR was friendly and responsive to our concerns throughout the entire process from sales to install. The installation crew did professional work and was very thorough with cleanup.Didn't think we would ever find anything useful in those Valpak mailers but we are happy we took a chance with Peak Custom Remodeling. We will be consulting with them for future projects.

The salesman was very honest and clear and patient with us as we handled little ones and schedule changes during the sales process. We had brought them out for a roof and he told us the roof was new (no house inspection and unclear on age at point of sale) and was very honest about that. They were here when they were supposed to be and executed the job cleanly and efficiently. We did notice some of the windows were not closed all the way when they were finished, but not a huge deal. I will be reaching out to them again later when we start to work on our back of the house windows.

The product (front entry door w/2 sidelights) seems well constructed and is quite heavy. Delivery was on time and the gentleman was polite, careful, and friendly..was impressed. Install was on time and very meticulously done, and installers were friendly, respectful, neat, and efficient..beautiful work. All communications with company, from sales rep., Aaron, to production manager, Vinnie Howlett, were professional, prompt, kind, and always detailed. Great customer service. Peak did a wonderful job turning our window into a sliding glass door so that we could access our new deck. They were extremely thorough from the initial visit through the follow up. The crew was very professional and speedy. They noticed right away that the door wasn’t sliding the way it should be and some one came out right away to replace a piece. We haven’t had any trouble since. The job was very well executed! Would definitely use Peak remodeling again!

Thanks to Peak, we have a gorgeous new sunroom! We contacted them to convert our screened porch into a 4-season room and are so glad we did. Although we hit some bumps along the way, I have to give Peak massive kudos - everyone who dealt with our issues was so pleasant, cooperative, and I never had an issue getting a hold of anyone. Things happen with big projects and I provided honest feedback on what they could do in the future to prevent similar issues from happening (the first set of windows ordered were the wrong size). I have no doubt that they took this feedback to heart. Peak truly provides concierge service for their clients - we met with several people in person to talk through our needs and recap the project. It is clear they take pride in their work! The installation crew was also excellent - on time, incredibly efficient, and thorough (they ended up repairing a rotted out corner post even though that wasn't part of the original plan). We feel that they did a very high-quality job all around, including drywall and prepping for our painters to finish off the room. We would use them again for similar projects!Service: Remodeling

Had an appointment set up. Got a call from some woman ( sales manager I guess) the morning of my appointment. She wanted my wife there (Wife was at work). So she the sales manager canceled the appointment. My wife was not needed for this stage of the process.Never call me again. This was a big window project. Peak blew it.

If you're in Baltimore City they aren't interested in your business but won't mind wasting your time.A home repair sales guy at BJs in Canton (Baltimore City) caught me off guard and harassed me in to giving my information and scheduling a time to meet with an estimator for a roof repair, which was coordinated with this company. The appointment was confirmed twice by text and once over the phone with a human being. The day of the appointment no one showed up, and at the end of the appointment window, someone called to let me know they don't service my specific area in my zip code (because it's not Baltimore County).

After researching 4 different companies, I chose Peak Custom Remodeling for my window replacement. I feel they are a very professional company. The sales rep was knowledgeable & explained in detail the process I could expect from Peak. I had excellent communication with Vinnie, Production Mgr. Delivery & install dates were as promised. My only concern was the extremely hot weather on the install days and they were short one or two installers. Yet the TWO who showed up, worked tirelessly replacing 12 windows. I had my roof replaced by Peak Custom Remodeling in November of 2020, and they did an outstanding job. The salesman who came to my home initially was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the exact benefits of the product he was selling and of using their company without applying any pressure. The roofers themselves were efficient and professional. They showed up early and had my roof completed within about a half day. I had asked ahead of time that the company tell their roofers to please be extra careful about picking up degree such as nails. I am blind, and I would have trouble seeing that kind of thing. I was told they would make an extra pass. They did an outstanding job on that too; I haven't found a single nail or other debree in my yard. Finally, the manager who called to enquire whether I was happy with the work was friendly and interested in whether I was completely satisfied, as was the gentlemen who came out to do the final inspection of the work.IN addition to doing a good job on the work itself, this company went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. They did the extra cleanup pass as I mentioned. They also did several other little things that, while not strictly required, made a big difference to me as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. Company finally did the right thing. All is well. Original review: they damaged my stone siding from putting all their shingles on one side of my house on a Friday the week before installation. Howard Wilt acknowledged that they were at fault and said they would take care of it. He asked if I had a stone guy which I did. He said to send him the bill. When I sent him a bill for $3,600, he replied: "I’m sorry to say that the owners have told me that they will not pay this invoice." This was a job that was over $30,000. This company damages your property and does not stand behind their word. Howard literally acknowledged fault and said they would cover it.Service: Roof installation

“Integrity”the quality of being honest and having strong moral principlesThat is how I describe Peak Custom Remodeling.My home is only 4 years old, during a very windy storm this summer I found several shingles on my patio. I wasn’t too concerned only because our house was new. But when my neighbor said they were going to check their roof out I thought I probably should too. So, I called PEAK because they helped me out at my old house. That house was a Victorian built in 1889 with a very tall peak roof.Well, all I can say is I’m so very glad I called PEAK. Not only were shingles missing but there was exposed wood!! My neighbor had already gotten their roof repaired by another company. But when PEAK did mine they also checked my neighbors the job was not good with still exposed wood. Needless to say I will always be a true blue PEAK customer forever!!Service: Roof repair
