We had an emergency flooding situation late at night on a weekend, but Jose came to the rescue. He was a voice of reason that we desperately needed at the time, explained the steps of what to do next, and even advised that if his team came out at that moment, it would be a waste of our time and money because it was still flooding. He made sure he was available early the very next day, surveyed the damage, and advised us based on what our home needed. He explained the insurance process better than our insurance company did! His team completed all the repairs, including clean up and restoration, in the timeframe given, and it was so convenient to have one company handling all of it. We had a catastrophe in our living room--the ceiling collapsed! The culprit--a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Rainbow did a great job when my partially refinished basement experienced flooding! It was in the evening and within two hours of calling them, they were there remediating my basement. They placed industrial fans and dehumidifiers and dried everything out over the course of several days, saving my house from any damage. They had great customer service as I was especially concerned about the furnished side of my basement. They listened to me and were very thorough in making sure the job was done right. When I had major leakage in my basement on a Friday evening Rainbow International came to my house within an hour after calling them. They were able to extract all my carpet, remove damaged padding, drywall, and ceiling tiles. This eliminated any mildrew or mole buildup.
