Mark was able to help us work through the process with our insurance company of opening a claim, working through the estimate, and scheduling a date for the replacement. Throughout the entire process Mark was very communicative and transparent. Any questions we had, he answered. Brett and the crew at Sky Shield took great care of me, and did an excellent job. My new roof is a massive upgrade over the roof that originally came with the house, and looks fantastic. Brett did all the legwork with the insurance company. It was quick and painless for me. From the day of first contact, to the day that the roof went on the house was exactly one month. Brett and the crew were extremely punctual for every appointment needed. After the job was done, Brett came over to make sure that there were no problems, and that everything met my expectations. I highly recommend a roof from Sky Shield!

We were lucky enough to work with Tyler from Sky Shield when we were in need of a new roof. We had to go thru our insurance company because we had wind damage, and it was a rather lengthy process. Tyler made everything so much easier! He explained the entire process, including worse case scenarios (which we ended up in one of those situations) and was so helpful when it came to dealing with State Farm! He was there every step of the way making sure we got what we needed and kept in contact with us so we knew where we stood the whole time.When we finally got our full approval through State Farm, he made sure we got all the supplies and that everything was done perfectly! Their crew was very quick and did an amazing job. It took them less than 1 day! And to top it off, Tyler and Brett came by after to double check that everything was perfect and that the crew cleaned up everything, especially our backyard, since we have a dog.Anytime anyone asks us about a good roofing company, I will always recommend Sky Shield! What a fantastic experience and we are loving our new roof!!
