While it took a bit longer than expected to start work due to weather and other factors, and I do wish there was a little bit more communication up front regarding the delays, I have no complaints whatsoever about the end product, or the gentlemen that came out to do the work. Their workmanship is second to none, and the final result is a thing of beauty.We moved into a home with a very old, falling apart, sad little deck. Scott and Alex came out to give a price, and I was so impressed with their willingness to get me what I wanted (complete redo of the deck and installation of a new door to replace a very leaky window) at a reasonable price, I signed a contract that day. The project started a couple of weeks after I had hoped, but the crew (Martin, his brother, and one of two other gentlemen that came out to help as needed) were fast, respectful, very sweet, and did absolutely amazing work. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my backyard now! Can't wait for spring to really get going and the garden to take off so I can be outside on my new deck 24/7. Thank you to Scott, Martin, and the team at Clearview!!!

When I first came across this company they were doing work on a house in my neighborhood. I liked the work they did there. So, the work speaks for itself.As with every project price is every customers main priority. Clearview’s quality of work for the price is impeccable. They do not overcharge like some of their competitors. They are focused on your budget and not some sales jockey’s that can’t swing a hammer or read a tape measure quarterly bonus.Every day they show up timely and work until the days end. Each day they ensure the job site is tidy and neat before leaving. All the trash and nails are pick up and tossed.The minor details they put into each project adds to the razzle dazzle. You can look at the finished product and have peace of mind it was done once and correctly. On the siding they cut and contoured pieces around odd angles. Any other company could have simply cut it square and left a gap. On the deck, his workers sanded a round edge on the railings and every screw is perfectly in line and evenly spaced.For any complaints or questions that may arise, Clearview is open to resolving the issue in a professional well mannered fashion.Attached are from the projects they’ve done. For some reason I don’t have a photo of the front of my home. But you can see t the difference from the before and after. Truly a wonderful company.

Clearview Home remodeling is Awesome 😊 They are very professional while still caring about helping their customers. My husband and I needed a new roof and they not only took the time to inspect and explain the needs of our roof they also sat down and explained the complete process along with payment options. Their finance company are also quite great with good rates and an immediate response 😊.Every call was answered in a timely manner.They didn’t pressure us to make a quick decision.Once we decided to go forward our roof was installed the next day.Complete roof completed in a few hours (7am-11:30 am).All debris cleared out.Alex and Scott are so awesome 👏 we look forward to working with them again for future projects.Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair

Clearview did an amazing job on my 1990 bathroom! They came in and gutted by bathroom and redesigned it to one a person would be proud of. Scott Heaps, the owner paid close attention to detail and any question or concern I had.I also had small incidental things that required attention and Clearview fixed them during the renovation.I am so very pleased with my choice to work with Clearview -I trust this company through and through. Clearview Home Remodeling was recommended to me by a close relative for a few repairs/replacements for my home. They came out quickly to give me a quote for siding replacement, gutter replacement and roof repair. The quote compared to others I received was in the middle and they could complete the work in a couple of weeks. The crews arrived each morning on time and stayed each day until their work was complete. They were very respectful and friendly. The result of the job is in the pictures (before, during, after completion). I am thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and outcome of their services. Highly recommend Clearview Home Remodeling. The owner Scott and his partner Alex take customer service very serious. From the initial estimate to the completion of my new roof, they were in constant contact walking me through the process answering any questions I had. They were able to not only match an estimate from another company, they beat it! Their warranty was a big selling point along with the time frame they were able to complete the job. Once the contract was signed, their team was on site the following morning prepared to work all while remaining professional and courteous. The team did an awesome job cleaning up and took great care with my home. They did a 5 star service through and through. I would 100% recommend this company. Calling Scott and Alex at Clearview was the best decision we made when it came to getting our roof replaced. I suspected that we had storm damage on our roof, I initially called another roofer and they told me that my roof didn’t have any damage. When Scott and Alex came out, not only were they able to find the damage, but they helped me work with my home insurance company to get the whole roof replaced! They were even nice enough to upgrade me from the old style 20 year shingles to an architectural style shingle that came with a 50 year warranty! They even found a couple rotten pieces of wood that they replaced for free. They performed the work in a timely and professional manner and the crew did a great job cleaning up when they were done.

Scott and Alex did a superb job when they replaced the siding on my home that was caused by storm damage. They worked with my insurance company who was a bit reluctant to initially pay for the full replacement but it was finally approved. The job was complete in only two days and they cleaned up the area nicely, hauling all of the old materials away. I would strongly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Clearview Home Remodeling. We had some storm damage to our roof and we were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to get it replaced before winter. Clearview was able to get our roof done quickly and they helped us deal with the insurance company which made the whole process much easier. Scott at Clearview Home Remodeling was recommended by a neighbor after my roof sustained wind damage. Scott and Alex responded quickly to inspect the roof. Since the replacement of the roof could not take place until the solar panels were removed and a family of robins aggressively defending a nest on my front porch moved out, they tarped the roof to avoid leaks into the house. The robins moved out, the solar company turned up to remove the panels, and early the next morning, the Clearview crew arrived and set to work. The next day another crew arrived to put up new gutters (with gutter guards!).Scott, Alex, and both crews were pleasant, professional, truly helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The roof and gutters are beautiful and will probably outlast me. We had Clearview Remodeling do several projects for us. They replaced our three tier deck, new kitchen entry door, new glass slider, large picture window and built a shed on a block foundation. Scott, the owner would stop by often to check on progress and if we were satisfied. His team was always friendly and respectful of our family, dogs, and home. I contacted Clearview Home Remodeling requesting assistance with replacing siding on the upper elevation of my home, a few shingles on the roof and eaves that were all damaged in a wind storm in early March, 2018. I spoke to Scott and he was at my home within the hour to assess the damage. Scott looked at the home owner's insurance estimate and told me he could have it fixed within a week. Clearview Home Remodeling was onsite within 3 days, and they did a wonderful job. My original siding was discontinued, but they were able to find a perfect match. Their staff was helpful and friendly and the process from beginning to end was seamless. I highly recommend this company for home improvements!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was about to pay 3 times the amount for a new roof. That was, until someone mentioned Scott Heaps to me. I called Scott and told him what I was about to do. He told me he was certain he could beat the price and that he did. He and Alex came out and went on our roof to take pictures. They then sat down with us and explained everything. We picked our roof and all the trimmings. When I say Scott did everything he could for us, I mean it. His crew arrived when they said they would and did not leave any mess in my yard. My husband said the crew was courteous and professional. After the roof was on the house, the financing fell through. Scott didn't panic. He worked with us and was patient far longer than he had to be while I got the money together. I won't ever need another roof on this house, but if I did, I wouldn't have to think about it; I'm calling Clearview Home Remodeling. Scott and Alex, along with their crew come highly recommended by the Traders. We love them. They are honest, sincere, and hard-working. They aren't interested in getting the most money, they have a fair and honest price and do excellent work in exchange. Can’t say enough about Clearview Home Remodeling! They were quick to follow up with us after we filled out the form and quick to schedule a consultation. No high pressure sales tactics, Alex was here for less than 30 minutes for our first meeting. Looked at our roof, gave us the price, went over details and told us to let him know. It was a great encounter - quick, painless, and fair. The night of the consultation we noticed the roof had started to leak so we called Alex, who answered after business hours and made an appointment to come the next day to get everything set up along with Scott. Both Alex and Scott were great to work with! We were able to install our roof just 4 days after the first meeting! The crew was not outsourced, which made it always a bonus! Alex from Clearview Home Remodeling is the absolute BEST!! A bad storm caused damage to my home. My insurance company determined that I needed my roof replaced, along with other repairs. Out of all of the companies I contacted, Clearview was the ONLY one that returned the call. Alex came to do the estimate and I immediately knew that I wanted to work with him. He was genuine, honest, patient, thorough, professional and personable. He made me feel like the repairs for my home was his top priority, every step of the way!
