Super experience getting a new roof with Quality Remodeling. Quick response to my inquiry. No pressure sales tactics which I personally loved. Came out to measure and gave us a quote same day. Upgraded shingles and new gutters with guards included for same price other companies quoted without these extras! Work was scheduled within a week and my yard was left spotless. This company is top notch: extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, prompt! All of my questions were answered, and the end result of the work was fantastic! I put a deposit down on a Friday, and my new siding was completed by the next Thursday! Sure wasn't expecting it to happen that fast, but happy that it did. Regardless that the companies' employees were quick and efficient, they were detail oriented and very neat with their clean up -- which was appreciated. I will definitely use Prompt Service again in the future. A+ company.

I found this company to be competitive in pricing and even when COVID was delaying other construction projects, this company kept their promise and completed the new roofs dispute the July heat. They cleaned up after themselves really well. I suggest you give them a try. Any question I raised was answered.No complaints were raised by tenants. Having a quick response time was their greatest asset.

I just had Quality Remodeling come out and install a garden window at our house. It was a surprise for my wife during our remodel project. Terrance and Christy helped me keep it a surprise all the while answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. The installers were neat, professional, and very skilled and the window turned out great. I cant thank them all enough for the great work they did. They will definitely be getting a call soon for the replacement of our large picture window. Thank you guys.

We had a leaking skylight. Christy Felder, the owner, came out promptly and discovered numerous problems with our old roof on the water side (Deep Creek). We ended up replacing six skylights and reroofing the entire house. They were very efficient. The materials were dropped off at our house on Monday and the work all done on Wednesday. Christy’s crew of six showed up at 7:00 AM and unloaded the ladders and equipment. At 7:30 AM the trash trailer showed up. They worked non-stop, except for a lunch break, until 6:00 PM and the job was complete and everything cleaned up.They put drop clothes down inside the house under the skylights and outside over the driveway, bushes, and steps. They went all around the house picking up any debris and used magnets on handles to sweep the driveway for nails. They picked up all of the drop clothes inside and swept.It was an awesome job and we are very pleased with the results. Christy went out of her way to keep us happy.

I needed a new roof on my Williamsburg Cape Cod house, Prompt was the subcontractor.. It was going to be a two day job, the workers started on a Friday and didn't finish.. Some of the unfinished roof was covered in a blue tarp, some of the roof had exposed wood.. The company said they would return the next day to finish the roof, they did not.. It took many calls to get two guys from Prompt in a BMW with more blue plastic, a staple gun and no ladder to come out on that Saturday.. I had to get another man who knew what he was doing to cover the unfinished roof because of the threat of rain.. On Sunday, Prompt sent two men out to finish the job.
