All American did not finish the job. Poor workmanship. Left a mess that took me over 4 hours to cleanup. Have called over 20 times with no call backs. I would not recommend this company at all. I will be giving more posts has I find time.

My wife and I used All American Windows and Siding to replace windows in our basement for new block glass windows. Absolutely beautiful!! My wife and I were pleased with the professionalism of the workmen that came into our home and final product! The owner Garry Lavenstein knows my family personally and has done work for my parents as well. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience!!

I had roof replaced on kitchen and a leak in another area plus leaf guards installed on my gutters. So far we are very happy with this work and I really enjoy the talks I have with Garry Lavenstein who happens to be the owner. Talked with him today about some more work we need done. We had this company install ceramic tile in the kitchen and an energy efficient sliding glass door off the kitchen. I am a single mom and I worked an extra job to save the money to pay for this. Well the tiles must be defective because just about all of them are cracked 2 years later. When they started cracking one MONTH after installation, the owner had the contractor come out, replace the 2 tiles and leave me with a few extras. He said we (me and 2 teenagers) must have done something to it. I worked in a small bakery for years and the foot traffic and HEAVY commercial equipment never cracked a tile but at home, I cannot even move my normal refrigerator to clean behind it because the wheel is stuck in a deep crack! It is awful! Furthermore, the area near my sliding glass door is FREEZING all winter long so I do not believe it was an energy efficient door at all that they installed. I was better off with my vinyl floor and old door. So disappointed. I feel like I was taken advantage of and would never recommend these people.

I wouldn't give them a star if I didn't have to.2- the contract was hand written in illegible handwriting3- I was verbally promised a lifetime warranty. When I had problem with a piece of siding coming off of my house they wanted to charge me to fix it. Several of the pieces of siding up high on my house were cut short or maybe they just didn't want to use a new piece. as a result the ends of the siding don't meet where they should.4- My neighbor was home while they were doing the work and over heard their conversations like "the homeowner will never know"5- The owner only wanted to come to my house in person to collect payment even though I had mailed a check as soon as the job was finished.6- I asked that the siding go up to the peak of my roof on the sides of the house. I was told they don't do that only a roofer does that. I had the roof replaced by a reputable company and they told me no the siding company should have done that.The storm door that they recommended and told me was better than the one I picked out disintegrated.THIS GUY IS A RIP OFF ARTIST. DON'T TRUST HIM!!!

We had a good experience dealing with this company. We just got our roof replaced. The price was reasonable. Dealing with the owner of the company, Mr. Lavenstein, was a pleasure. And they were able to replace our roof in less than a day.

I had a good experience with this company. The prices were very reasonable, the work was done in a timely manner, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and responsive. The windows I had installed are beautiful and have been working well this winter. I would definitely recommend.

Overall experience was terrible. Stay away, this is a money grab filled with daily lies. I can go on, but he is not worth it. STAY away!

They said they stand by their guarantee, life time warranty, NOT they will not answer any of your calls or if you get a hold of someone they will not answer you back.
