They tore out my ceilings from water damage and only ended up with a very thin layer of dust - nothing a normal cleaning didn’t fix.It's absolutely amazing being upstairs - it's quiet, it's calm and I sleep better with their repairs. There are no weird creaks or noises anymore (from what I assume was damaged ceilings?)I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am to Paul Davis. They were there every day, on time and didn't leave a mess when they left.

This company does great work.Not only are they respectful and professional, they are also such nice people.They came in and immediately told me everything they were going to do, and answered all my questions.I had a package delivered to my house and one of the workers—his name is Chase—brought it up to me without my needing to ask. Their team of technicians, management, supervisory highly demonstrated their expertise, skills and ability, and complete care and compassion in handling all of our concerns and property. Any and all questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. Extra care was taken with our property. And complete compassion was shown towards us in the care of our home and emotional concerns. We felt that the number one goal was to make every right. Very responsive and got our sewage situation remediated right away which definitely helped with our peace of mind. And everyone has been very friendly to work with (especially when you are dealing with an unpleasant situation in your home!). A really excellent team...friendly, communicative, respectful of our home. Can't say enough good things about the guys who did all the work in our home: Spencer, Noah, Jonah (who were at our house on a Saturday night 11pm til 1 or 2am when this happened); and Antonio, Jeremiah and Brandon (who handled the rest of the complete remediation). All very professional and clearly knew what to do and all the protocols. All the work was done very neatly. This gave us great confidence in them.

They do not seem to like taking calls to help customers in a friendly manner!! As well as leave you hanging when trying to talk to them via text… and then show up at your home assuring you that your insurance will cover everything (in my case i was denied due to wear and tear, which they should have known insurances do not cover wear and tear!!)

This is the second time inn 12 months I had water damage in my home. The Paul Davis Restoration Company tackled the damage finding all the wet walls and removed the wet damage quickly and efficiently. The two employees were on time, respectful, and worked quickly. They kept me informed of the progress. My insurance adjuster had Paul Davis contract with a small company who came out immediately to find the holes in my roof and my mechanical box between the two heat pumps. They patched the holes. Then Paul Davis sent a roof inspector to evaluate the roofs and to identify what additional repair work was needed. Today the mitigation team returned to take out the huge fan, dehumidifier (I think that is what it was) and the water extractor. They left the area clean. I was very satisfied with their work. This is the “go to” company for restoration work. They reduced my stress significantly.

Waking up already this morning to snow though beautiful had me ready to go out and prepare to get removal started to get to work!! Upon coming back in my bottom floor apartment I could see that this day was going to be a potential battle as there was a severe flood taking place in my kitchen…… yep my sink was overflowing with nasty, dirty, and pungent water. Not only was my kitchen flooded but my carpet in my living room, dining room, hallway, and my son’s bedroom….. Yikes!!! Paul Davis was called and they came to my rescue!!! Victor and Logan were sent out to my home and immediately put me at ease!!! Not only were they consistently professional but courteous and extremely knowledgeable!!! They addressed my concerns and explained everything along the way!!! Not just the damage issues but the smell, and health concerns (potential bacteria) to boot!!! Wow wow wow is all I can say!!! Victor is seasoned in this industry (8 months with this company) and Logan is the novice (just day 5 on the job) but it seemed to me that they both have been doing this for years and years and years!!! Just above and beyond the call of duty from beginning to end!!! These 2 professionals deserve an enormous amount of praise and a raise !!!! I hope this company is aware that they have invested into two complete gems. A real asset to your organization!!!Just one more thing…… they even took care to not further damage my living spaces both structurally and cosmetically ❤️Kudos to these two…… I so appreciate EVERYTHING you did for me this morning!!! Although we had some initial confusion on the scope of work because of piles of rapidly-stacked things post-sewer-water flood, the folks at Paul Davis Restoration worked with us to understand our needs and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. The crews were professional, respectful, and responsive and clearly communicated throughout the cleanup process. After the exhaustion of 3 sewer overflow events in a week, it is a huge relief to have our basement clean and sanitized!
