United Water Restoration Group of Reisterstown helped me with my basement flood and rebuild . They were amazing, professional, on time and were very clean. I would highly recommend them to do another job for me!!! There communication was outstanding.

United Water Restoration was amazing! When the other companies said 3-4 days to get to our house (damage in 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry/half bath - we had to live in a hotel) they were available in 1.5 hours to meet at my house to ensure that the water/mold mitigation was started immediately.It’s hard to have a group of people you don’t know in your house with you every day while you look at all the things you lost but they felt like family at the end of our time together. They were professional, and respectful that it’s hard to see your house under repair and gave knowledge about why you can’t live there until certain inspection steps. They were tidy with the cleanup, prompt on paperwork and trustworthy.Services: Mold inspection, Water removal, Mold mitigation, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Sewage cleanup

One of my tenant did a lot of damage to my rental unit by damaging the shower plumbing. They responded quickly and removed all of the damaged drywall, carpeting and other materials faster than I thought possible. They cleaned up the area and completed the project with minimal disruption to us. The crew was confident, friendly and attentive.
