Highly recommend them! Bobby was great and kept us informed through the whole process of getting our new roof! Even with bad weather they got everything done within a timely matter. We have dogs and they were awesome with keeping the yard cleaned up. Even offered to let us put stuff in the dumpster they had. Chris and I were extremely happy with their work and now don’t have to dread a leaking roof when it rains!

Beware of Ace Roofing and Construction!!I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ace Roofing and Construction, specifically their so-called "expert," Bob Mitchell. It's safe to say that my encounter with him was nothing short of a nightmare.From the very start, Bob displayed classic snake oil salesman tactics. He had an uncanny ability to talk circles around anyone, leaving you feeling both confused and pressured into making decisions that benefited him more than the customer. It's clear that his priority lies in padding his own pockets, rather than providing quality service.What truly shocked me, however, was Bob's incredible rudeness. When I dared to disagree with his questionable recommendations, the level of verbal disrespect that followed was nothing short of appalling. It's astonishing that someone in a customer service role can treat people with such contempt.To add insult to injury, I initially called Ace Roofing to address a warranty issue with a roof they had installed previously. Instead of focusing on honoring the warranty and rectifying their own shoddy work, Bob insisted on diverting attention to working on our parking lot. This blatant attempt to upsell services we didn't need was both infuriating and unprofessional.In light of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I strongly caution anyone considering Ace Roofing and Construction to steer clear. There are countless other reputable companies out there that value their customers, uphold their warranties, and conduct business with integrity.Save yourself the headache and hire a more reliable alternative. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The owner attempted to come off like a nice and caring guy. The home owner is out of town and relied on the company to do a good job. At the end of the job, this company wanted to charge a extra charge (thousands of dollars) for replacing all of the wood on the roof. However, Ace Roofing did not realize that the tenant had a ring doorbell and could see all of the supplies that was delivered and brought to the home. Once it was questioned about the additional charge and told them about the ring doorbell, I never heard back from them. They get one star because the roof does look good. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WATCH WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Ace was on the job from the time we called them. Lost some of the roof due to a wind storm and Ace came out and put on tarps so we didn’t get any additional water in the home. They worked directly with our home owners insurance and lessened that pain dramatically. Not only did they replace the roof in time on schedule but also brought it up to local building code. So at 1st I really thought Bob was trying to lookout for me. I soon realized it was to try to pump out more money from my insurance. Yes they got the job done, but it was a rollercoaster. Started taking the roof apart & stopped without covering. That next morning it rained & caused more damage to my home. Instead of having a dumpster, the team just made a huge mess in my yard. It was hard to get them to actually clean up. Tried to leave it for me to worry about. All in all I probably should have went with a well known company for my roof. Still the job did get done so I do appreciate that, but I could have had a better experience.

The owner actually left the site to get supplies for the crew when he saw they where running low Crew was very professional and knew exactly what was to be done.
