It is Nick from a 50-year specialized roof company namely American Custom Contractors company, who knocked on our door and told us he visually spotted some issues on our roof and can inspect it more deeply on our behalf. We luckily allow him to do so and he did find lots of issues which very likely were caused by the previous storms occurring in our area and would otherwise cause much bigger issues in the future. He suggested us to have his company fix the issues and here we are. With the help of the project manager Adam from the same company, our roof was replaced with brand new premium materials and the work was beautifully done. We are so grateful that our roof was taken care so well and now is trouble free with help of both Nick and Adam! We strongly recommend Nick and American Custom Contractors company that he works for and suggested to us to have worry free roof!!

One and done with ACC as they delayed the installation of my roof and siding by several months because of a HUGE lack of communication on their part with my insurance company. Next, when I called to explain the dollar amount USAA paid out and that it covered this estimate ACC argued with me. Finally, once everything was said and done, ACC didn’t even apologize for the 6 month oversight.Now why a 3 due to the above? The installation folks did a quality job minus the clean up, destruction of my edging, and oversight on one piece. See photos below. 2.5 actually.

American Custom Contractors has done two full roof replacements for me on different properties, and I cannot rate them highly enough. They have been very easy to work with through the entire process, and they do a great job following up with the insurance company related to any storm damage. They did great work on both projects, and at very reasonable prices. They were very responsive all the way through for any follow up questions I had, and were willing to make multiple trips out before the replacement started to initially diagnose the leak. If you’re looking for a solid company to call for a roof project, definitely give them a call! Blase, Mike, Yanni, and the whole team were a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely call them again for any future projects.

I had an amazing experience with Douglas and Yanni today. They came to access my roof. It was 28 degrees and they, without issue, hopped on the ladders and checked everything. American Custom Contractors replaced our roof - removing an original asbestos roof quickly and safely and installing a beautiful new roof. They were incredibly helpful all along the way. Yanni made sure we had everything we needed for our insurance claim, including getting our asbestos tiles tested and understood all the options. Our project manager Blase was wonderful during the installation process and the team who did the work was amazing. They brought a big team and got the work done quickly and everyone was thorough as well as friendly to have around. I highly recommend them for roof needs!

I have zero complaints with American Custom Contractor regarding my roof replacement and interior ceiling work. From the first day when we met with our sales representative Yanni, the company was extremely professional and went above and beyond. They send a photo of the sales rep along with a text confirming the appointment to prevent any possible scams. Yanni was always responsive and easy to reach. American Custom also dealt directly with my insurance regarding the roof claim and there were no issues. Install was done very quickly and the communication from my project manager Belter Morataya was great. I still have the interior work that needs to be completed but I have no reason to expect anything but a good experience.

Yanni noticed we had wind damage on our roof after a really nasty storm. Yanni worked with our insurance company and met the adjuster on the day of inspection. He got a complete roof replacement for us!! Frank, the project manager, did a great job explaining the process. The crew was polite, hardworking and quick. The roof got replaced in one day. The quality of the work was superior. The communication from Yanni, Frank, the crew, and the office was great. I actually felt taken care of!! I think that is rare in this day and age. I was so impressed.

I was very pleased with how our claim was handled with the insurance company. Then watching the work being done. The whole crew was very neat, respectful and took care of additional work while the roof was open. All I had to do to get to the right person was to call or text Yanny. I noticed a piece of trim that looked crooked and stood out to anyone entering by the garage. One call and a man came out to see what I was talking about. He went for materials and fixed it before the next storm. I was a little worried about someone approaching us about the damage but reviews were all good. I like having someone like Yanny to get me to the right person or find the answer to my questions. HOPEFULLY, I won’t have to replace another roof but I know who to call or tell friends.

We had a shingle blow off during the windstorm, I talked to Aaron the Production Manager who sent Douglas (Technician). Douglas arrived within the hour, I met him outside and explained. He immediately went up on the roof, fixed the shingle within 10min, explained what happened. If you are in need of a roof replacement I would highly recommend American Custom Contractors. The whole experience with this company was so positive from Alex coming out to assess the damage that we had following a lightning strike. To meeting Frank the project Manager and Gabriel the onsite Foreman. Gabriel has done this work for years and really has an eye for detail. The roofers were extremely respectful of our property. We have a lot of specimen plants in our yard and they did everything they could to protect my landscaping. Considering the size of this project their trash clean up was amazing. They even go around with magnets at the end to catch any nails that may have dropped. They were rained off one day, so the whole project took them 2 1/2 days, and boy did they work hard. Fantastic experience. Not to mention the finished project looks amazing, we are really pleased with the finished look. I would have no problem recommending them from our personal experience. American Custom Contractors installed the Brava Spanish Barrel Tile (Terra Cotta Color) roof product on our roof. They also repaired our gutters, supported a custom request of replacing insulation at a corner of the house, installed roof venting, and installed 3 skylights. We are very happy with the end product and we’re impressed with how responsive the install team was anytime we had a concern, correction, or question.Overall great experience but leaving the 5th star open for room for minor improvements to make the experience even better with daily in-process quality inspections / involvement by the project manager, attention to detail on finishing touches like caulking or drip edge gutter finishing, and incorrect dryer vent installed (I was impressed with how fast they responded to correct this problem after it was brought up!)
