I was introduced to Catalyst Construction & Remodeling LLC (Catalyst) through my condo building management company who had hired Catalyst to perform repair work in my home after another contractor repeatedly failed to commence work. Marc, the owner of Catalyst, adhered to our agreed upon work schedule and kept me informed daily as to the progress of the work and the location of his team.Marc assigned Eric & Robert to perform the repair work (replacement of hardwood flooring, drywall repair, minor electrical work and painting). Eric & Robert were meticulous in performing the work and maintained a spotless work area. We hired Marc and his team to redo our primary bathroom. It turned out AMAZING! We wanted a bathroom that felt like it belonged in a resort and the designer they gave us delivered just that! She had great ideas, asked very specific questions to help us determine exactly what we wanted, and was able to provide photo-like renderings to show us exactly what it would look like before we finalized everything. We were worried about the construction part after hearing all the horror stories about other contractors taking much longer than expected or not doing a good job, but Marc walked us through every step of the project and explained why they were doing things the way they were. I used Catalyst for a laundry list of services around the house (including drywall repair and painting of ceiling + wall, demo and replacement of kitchen flooring, electrical work in the bathroom, plumbing services/replacement of parts in toilet, permanent install of shower curtain, replacement of hose bib on patio, hanging of artwork / photos, install of new curtain rod +drywall patching) and I could not be happier with the services I received! This company was a pleasure to work with.Communication from Marc Maalouf, the company president, was prompt and informative. The workers showed up on time both days.They did the drywall repair on the first day, let the compound dry thoroughly overnight (I had a fire sprinkler in close proximity so they rightfully did not risk drying it faster), and took a small sample to match paint. They came back the second day to do the painting and then checked in the following morning to make sure everything was okay. Honestly, you can't even tell any work was ever done to the wall, which is the best compliment I can give.My wife and I also have a 6 month old baby, who was in the next room, and my wife works from home. These guys worked so efficiently and quietly, they never disturbed either of them and even courteously put plastic protection over their shoes before entering our home.Just superb and professional all around, and I would certainly hire them again for any future work.Services: Paint indoors, Drywall repair

Marc at Catalyst really saved us on a great door and frame replacement. They came recommended by our HOA and were everything we could've wanted. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and kept us aware of all issues at hand getting the door shipped. His team of guys were super professional and did really good work. They also helped fix up my storm door which was in need. All within a quick one days work too. Highly recommend to anyone needing contracting help.

Catalyst was hired by the HOA in my condo building to perform mitigation inspection and repairs in my unit after a flood in the unit above leaked down into my master bath. The Catalyst crew removed the ceiling and found no mold or other damage. After a day of airing out the affected area, they replaced the ceiling and repainted the entire bathroom. The work was impeccable and my bathroom looks brand-new. Catalyst's three-man crew was most professional and tremendously careful to protect my home and belongings. I would recommend them highly.
