I had a wonderful experience working with Central Exteriors. Their project manager/sales consultant (Artem) was outstanding. He provided us with an honest estimate on the required work (the work needed was not as extensive as I thought it would be), explained everything about roofing to me in a way that was easy to understand, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I can't tell you how many emails and calls I made, but he answered all of my questions with a smile. Even after the work was completed, he returned to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was equally impressed with the team that worked on my roof - they were courteous, professional, and kept me updated on the progress of the work. All in all, I highly recommend Central Exteriors.

Family owned & operated. This company has been in business for decades, passed down from Father to Sons. The owner, Terry Greenberg, is so helpful and kind. The sales consultants are very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Everyone has worked their for years. The administrative staff are also super helpful. My roofs are old and CE sent an inspection to look at very early time, then Matt booked CY to install it. CE is committed to work with insurer for me to get approval for coverage, yet if additional items, one has to ask for help to provide documents justifying the completion of the project, as CE is fast to send you the invoice before completing the business. I trust CE is BBB rated long history company.

We decided to hire Central Exteriors to replace our roof because they are a local company and they have decent reviews. They did a great job with the roof. Polite, professional and they made an effort to clean up around the yard. When we needed to replace our windows, we went right back to Central Exteriors. There was no pressure to buy more expensive windows which we appreciated. They recommended what they believed we needed. We will definitely work with Central Exteriors again in the future.

The materials and the crew arrived early, around 7:30 am. They immediately went to work removing the 2 layers of old shingles. They did a wonderful job in cleaning the roof and replacing damaged plywoods before installing new waterproof materials and shingles. The cleanup was excellent. My neighbor came over and couldn't believe the wonderful cleanup job the crew did. I was amazed too. I can understand why Central Exteriors is having such a high rating. The company's roof specialist is very friendly and helpful in explaining the project and the cost is very reasonable. I will recommend this company for any exterior works. I received an estimate in a timely fashion and the job was completed within two weeks of the estimate. They completed it in one day and the cleaned up nicely compared to the original mess. The quality of the work was nice. It's a pretty noisy job and they lived up to that expectation. As far as internal damage in the home, there wasn’t enough for it to lower my rating of the work done. The pricing was really good and comparable. I was able to take the discount and apply it to getting new gutters as well. We had to have our new roof installed during the holidays. The company was able to set it up and completed the work before the next storm hit. Exceptional work particularly the clean up afterwards. A 5-person crew walked around our property to ensure no nails on the ground plus cleaning up any debris or dust falling from the roof, etc. The roof was done in one day and it’s impressive. We also have the new gutters installed and the craftsmanship is also exceptional. It’s a wonderful experience. Our next project in line will be the windows and exterior doors. Look nowhere if you need any exterior work done. Call Central Exterior first and you won’t regret it.
